The biscuit was drenched in honey butter greatness. I'd definitely return to this place. Enter the gas station building, turn right then whoomp, there it is.“

“I recently visited Raising Cane's in Willoughby and was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. During my visit, the restaurant was dealing with technical difficulties and did not have Wi-Fi, which caused orders to move slower than normal. Despite the challenges, the staff remained professional, polite, and focused on providing excellent customer service.

Every team member I interacted with maintained a positive attitude, communicated clearly with guests, and worked hard to keep things moving as efficiently as possible. It would have been easy for frustration to show during such a difficult situation, but the crew handled the adversity with patience, teamwork, and genuine care for their customers.

What stood out most was how respectful and apologetic everyone was while continuing to serve guests with a smile. The team demonstrated great character and commitment to customer service under pressure. Challenges happen, but it's how a team responds that makes the difference, and the Willoughby Raising Cane's staff absolutely delivered.

“I ordered the 3 Piece Basket with Fries and Toast. I also got an extra sauce, sooo good. Food came out before I got my drink and picked out a table. Chicken fingers were hot and crispy!! Fries were perfect and the sauce was delicious. I never really eat the bread, always full just eating the tenders and fries. Table was clean and it was a nice peaceful lunch.“

“Went to this very humble restaurant via drive-thru last Friday (12/6). When placing our order at the drive-thru, the staff was generous and professional in listening to our order. Service here is very super-excellent. Staff wasted no time making our meal. Immediately, it was delivered to our car. This is, by far, the most excellent service I've ever had. Never will I stop coming here again. This is a wonderful no-nonsense staff that is incredibly loyal, and respectable to its customers, whether inside the restaurant or drive-thru.
