This is the worst one I have ever been too. Every single time we go there is an issue. The order taker is always in a hurry and bothered to do their job. Customer service is just horrible. I will not be back again. Mayfield and Willoughby stores are so much better.
I've never been to a Dunkin where they go SO slow. I've also never seen so many cars leave a drive thru line in my 28 years of life.
