“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“This place has great food but I'm very disappointed in the lack of service I received today. I tried calling several times but the mailbox was full. Seriously? “Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“We came to Barroco's on Larchmere for the first time to celebrate a friend's birthday. We live an hour away and regularly try new and interesting places. This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and a creative menu of food and cocktails. Our server, Brianna P, took amazing care of us with recommendations that were on-point! All of us in our party were very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to return. Thank you, Brianna for such great service!“

“Haven’t been to JT’s Diner for about two years. Thought we’d give it a try as we remembered it being good at their previous location. We were very disappointed in our breakfasts. My crisp bacon was burnt to a crisp with burnt taste upon first bite. Our home fries used to be excellent “sliced” potato’s, but yesterday came as mush and the scrambled eggs were not even cut….just folded like an omelet. Coffee was good and hot, as in the past. For $20.53 I expected better. Don’t think I would return.“

“Fantastic lunch with a great friend! couldn't decide between a couple items so the waitress suggested their Toofer - basically a soup and sandwich. I got the Seafood Bisque cup and a half Ruben sandwich. Both tasted great and waitress was spot on (there when we needed her and not there when we didn't need her). I'll definitely go back and try other menu options! RECOMMEND!“

“First time here and we were very impressed!! Not familiar with area but my husband and I were spending the morning with our son and his significant other at Patterson’s Farm. SO glad we chose Rise & Dine for our breakfast/lunch! The food was absolutely amazing and the service we received from Maddie was just as good!! “we order from here at least once a week ordered yesterday. went to pick up the order and the cashier who is always very rude tried to charge me $2.00 more for each dinner. I had to get a menu to show her the prices because she wanted to argue about it. the burritos were also very dry, when usually the food is very good. they need a new cashier!“

“My family and I were vacationing in Ohio this week. We wanted to visit a local restaurant so we did some research and found so many great reviews. We decided on Thai and I'm so glad that we did. The food was amazing and the woman working the counter was hard working and so friendly. We enjoyed the food and the experience and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good Thai Food in Lyndhurst, Ohio“

“I came in because I was craving sushi and miso soup and needed to do school work. BEST PLACE EVER. I absolutely love this restaurant. Staff is friendly, cordial, and lighthearted. The miso soup was the best I have ever had (coming from someone who has it often). I had the Fire Ball Sushi Roll, and it had so much flavor. 10/10 experience. It was very personable, and I will be a returning patron. ?% recommend it to others!“

“I went here twice in the three days I was visiting. Everything was great. The place has an old fashioned diner vibe. Food was freshly made and no matter how busy they were, and they were definitely busy, the food came out so fast! The food was very good for breakfast. I recommend the pancakes and western omelette! Not cash only anymore!“

“Very nice place the first time I had Seafood Stoner Fries it was so delicious and hot & fresh. Next week, I had Seafood 2.0 Philly sandwich was also delicious. But today, I had Seafood Stoner again with extra lobster saying your a gourmet food place which cost me $27.00. Then as a Gourmet Chef you should NO BETTER! not to service cold and old Fries or food this is why I rated it a 1 star today very disappointed 😔😔“

“We had the best day watching The Buckeyes at The Wild Goose! One of our sons lives in Willoughby & the other son & his wife live in Shaker Heights. Fav spot for our kids but our first time. The pizzas, onion rings & buffalo dip were amazing! Outstanding selection of beers. Loved the atmosphere. Charming but lots of TVs as well. Can’t say enough about the staff!!! “Outstanding restaurant! This is a hidden gem in the city of Cleveland. My party of seven went here Easter Sunday. We enjoyed the atmosphere, music, food, and service! We ordered the short ribs of beef, ribeye steak, stuffed salmon, steak on a skewer, and lamb. My lamb was cooked and brought to the table in their Moroccan cookware (a tangia) then at the table carefully poured onto my plate. I do recommend this restaurant and we will be back.“

“Fantastic restaurant! A true gem of Cleveland. The Freddie's Pasta is by my favorite and their martinis are delicious. Echoing other comments, while the menu is a bit pricey you get good sized portions. Another perk is that a lot of their dishes can be made gluten free. Overall, a great, cozy atmosphere and excellent service... this is one of my favorite places to go for a special occasion.“

“We had a wonderful waitress take care of us. Service was impeccable. I ordered a dish which came with Mexican corn. I didn't realize it was very 🔥🔥. They were very apologetic and offered substitutes. I couldn't ask for better service. The rest of the food was so good. We will definitely go again.“
