“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“Haven’t been to JT’s Diner for about two years. Thought we’d give it a try as we remembered it being good at their previous location. We were very disappointed in our breakfasts. My crisp bacon was burnt to a crisp with burnt taste upon first bite. Our home fries used to be excellent “sliced” potato’s, but yesterday came as mush and the scrambled eggs were not even cut….just folded like an omelet. Coffee was good and hot, as in the past. For $20.53 I expected better. Don’t think I would return.“

“It was my first time here, and if I lived in town, I’d 100% be back all the time. The vibe is amazing when you first walk in. The decor is unlike anything I’ve seen, the food is delish, and the service is great! Brianna was so kind and generally helpful throughout our whole meal. Loved it!“

“Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.“

“I went here twice in the three days I was visiting. Everything was great. The place has an old fashioned diner vibe. Food was freshly made and no matter how busy they were, and they were definitely busy, the food came out so fast! The food was very good for breakfast. I recommend the pancakes and western omelette! Not cash only anymore!“

“Today it was chilly and rainy. I got off work early and had been thinking about trying ramen here for days. I sat at the sushi counter with my book and my sweater. I ordered the Kiiro (yellow) ramen. Let me tell you, this was a nice warm hug in a bowl and everything I was hoping for. Calvin was a lovely man making sushi behind the counter. He was very amiable and easy to chat with. I work close by and will definitely be back. I cant wait to try the Kuro (black) ramen. Calvin if you see this I was reading Ravensong, part 2 of the Green Creek series. Enjoy!“

“Fantastic lunch with a great friend! couldn't decide between a couple items so the waitress suggested their Toofer - basically a soup and sandwich. I got the Seafood Bisque cup and a half Ruben sandwich. Both tasted great and waitress was spot on (there when we needed her and not there when we didn't need her). I'll definitely go back and try other menu options! RECOMMEND!“

“First time here and we were very impressed!! Not familiar with area but my husband and I were spending the morning with our son and his significant other at Patterson’s Farm. SO glad we chose Rise & Dine for our breakfast/lunch! The food was absolutely amazing and the service we received from Maddie was just as good!! “We had the best day watching The Buckeyes at The Wild Goose! One of our sons lives in Willoughby & the other son & his wife live in Shaker Heights. Fav spot for our kids but our first time. The pizzas, onion rings & buffalo dip were amazing! Outstanding selection of beers. Loved the atmosphere. Charming but lots of TVs as well. Can’t say enough about the staff!!! “My family and I were vacationing in Ohio this week. We wanted to visit a local restaurant so we did some research and found so many great reviews. We decided on Thai and I'm so glad that we did. The food was amazing and the woman working the counter was hard working and so friendly. “We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Ty… HE DID THAT! The staff prepared each meal perfectly and not one of us had any complaints!! Thank you all for being so accommodating! And Mr. King ( the manager) he was totally hands on as well as I think her name was Renee another manager . We will so be back!!!“

“Had the filet this time, and coming from someone who is very particular about their meat it was cooked a perfect med-rare! The quality of the meat for both our dishes was phenomenal (rack of lamb and filet), such that it puts some steakhouses to shame! The quality of the tuna in our appetizer was also top notch. They always have a nice selection of specials here from appetizers to dessert. Needless to say, this place lives up to its name! Waitress forgot to put in our salad course, but worked out for the best because we got to have two desserts 🥳“

“Very nice place the first time I had Seafood Stoner Fries it was so delicious and hot & fresh. Next week, I had Seafood 2.0 Philly sandwich was also delicious. But today, I had Seafood Stoner again with extra lobster saying your a gourmet food place which cost me $27.00. Then as a Gourmet Chef you should NO BETTER! not to service cold and old Fries or food this is why I rated it a 1 star today very disappointed 😔😔“

“Very nice resteraunt in the heart of Gates Mills. We had two very solid cocktails, the navy bean soup and Thai Lemengrass pot stickers to start. All solid. For mains, we ordered the blackened grouper special with mustard sauce and a center cut steak. Both were specials and came with string beans and mashed potatoes. Beans were cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes were really good, steak was super tender and tasty, and the Grouper filet was really big and broiled perfectly. We tried the lemon marcapone cake and it was also very good.“
