“I was very disappointed that I called to feed 40 people. I was told that the large pizzas were on sale but instead they filled the order with XL pizzas which were not on sale. I paid an extra $39.00 for those pizzas vs a comparable number of large pizzas (the ones on sale). I called spoke with the manager who basically said it was my problem. I had never ordered before but as explained it was easier for them to make XL due to short staff so oh well I wound up paying the $39.00 more. Nothing they can do about it. Terrible customer service!“

“I never thought I'd have another italian sub sandwich again after I stopped eating meat in the late '90s (yeah, people can do it for that long and still be alive. Amazing, right?). And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. “We went on a Monday towards the end of the morning Rush at about 11:00 11:30 or so we had to wait a few minutes for them to clear some tables for seated pretty quickly we had coffee ordered our food and it came really fast I have the spinach and mushroom I'm up with Swiss cheese and it was great the hash browns I would have liked a little bit more well done but they were good my husband said is over medium eggs were done perfectly I would go again“

“A most excellent casual, yet fine dining experience at Sara's Place in quiet and secluded Gates Mills. My wife and I had a much needed date night and we're very pleased with our visit. We sat in the upper lounge & bar area which is moody and atmospheric. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend the regular menu Pork Chop item - get the BBQ sauce on the side as the chop itself it phenomenal without it and I went back and forth using the sauce or not. Our waitress was amazing at being present and answering All our questions because we were never to a bonefish grill. I will definitely go to another one when I come upon one. I had a delicious classic Paper Plane cocktail and hubby ordered a bottle of red wine. We started with frog legs as an appetizer…lightly fried, and so much garlic and lemon…perfection! I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“
