“Today was the first time I ever tried Beet Jar. I have been nextvdoor so many times and never knew this place was even there. I am OBSESSED!! It is SO good and fresh and the toadted sour dough bread veggie sandwich...I mean I cannot wait to go back for one tomorrow! Love love love this place!! “First time impression. Delicious wrap and soup. Customer service could have been better. Stood at the end of the counter where a woman was making smoothies and expected a hello or can I help you? She never looked at me after several minutes and continued to work. I finally had to ask for help and felt like she wasn’t too happy I interrupted her. I will go back, though. Could have been an off night for that worker.“

“The red headed black male chef that served me today was condescending and rude. I was expecting great service since he was the chef and only two people in front of me. He was too busy correcting me on menu item names to make my order correctly. This location needs better service from the chef. No napkins and 2 forks left at the drink station that needs cleaning as well.
Went back 12/11 and had a wonderful experience with a different chef, Chef Geovanni. He was kind and efficient. I’ve updated my review based on that!“

“I come in regularly, I always get great service. They are always nice even when they are extremely busy. When I tell them I'm in the mood for a certain flavor they are knowledgeable when it comes to the menu and they always point me in the right direction. I'm a customer for life“

“I had a dine in experience, my cheesesteak sandwich was delicious and my reg size fries were absolutely delicious. The food tasted much more better than S. Euclid restaurant.
The staff was friendly, however, only flaw was it took over 10 mins to be served. Yes I will revisit again.“

“I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. The customer service was good! Arielle greeted me when I entered, letting me know that she'd be with me in a minute. I love that everything is made with real ingredients. The smoothies are the perfect consistency- thick and smooth, never watered down or full of ice chunks. This will continue to be my go-to smoothie place!“

“The smoothies are great, but there needs to be a work culture that shows professionalism. I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service. IJS Bad Look.“

“I online ordered a small pizza with two toppings for 7:00pm on New Year’s Eve. when i got there it wasn’t ready but that’s because they had ran out of spinach and didn’t wanna start cooking it without asking if i wanted a different topping. initially i was kinda disappointed that it wasn’t ready but the gentleman at the front counter made sure to prioritize my pizza and he also threw in another item for free.
for only having one chef in the kitchen on new year’s eve, they handled it very well. i will be back.“
