Bruegger's Bagels offers delicious food, especially the Hazelnut coffee, and has super friendly staff. Despite a great bagel, some found the service lacking in friendliness and customer service. However, one standout employee, a tall black man, provided excellent service, making sure orders were correct and customers were happy. His customer-focused attitude left a positive impression, ensuring a return visit for many customers.
