“Visiting from Canada, this is our first stop and special request for my son's 13th birthday. Immediately as you walk in, you're greeted with a welcome by all of the staff and smiling faces. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful with all of my questions. The food came out quickly and was to die for! We were checked in on at our table by a few different staff members, all of which were very friendly. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were great - 10/10! Wish we had one here in Ontario!“

“This is mostly to address something I just witnessed. Dude comes in there trying to scam up some special and acts entitled and belligerent when he doesn't get his way. The kid behind the counter handled it beautifully, 5 stars. Happened on 6/27. Can't stand customers like that. Just because you know something exists, doesn't mean you're entitled to it. I'm not saying don't ask about it, but if the answer is no accept that and move on. The entitlement was unreal.“

“Went to this very humble restaurant via drive-thru last Friday (12/6). When placing our order at the drive-thru, the staff was generous and professional in listening to our order. Service here is very super-excellent. Staff wasted no time making our meal. Immediately, it was delivered to our car. This is, by far, the most excellent service I've ever had. Never will I stop coming here again. This is a wonderful no-nonsense staff that is incredibly loyal, and respectable to its customers, whether inside the restaurant or drive-thru. And our overall meal was fantastic and awesome, by all means. Kindness is never out of style. Not at this place.“

“From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out we witnessed and experienced the best fast food experience I’ve had in my life. A young gentleman named James helped us out when we went and ordered and was extremely nice and professional. After we received our food another young gentleman whose name we did not get stopped and asked us how our food was as a manager would do if you were at a high end restaurant which was great. As we ate our food we noticed that James was helping an elderly woman to her car. Me and my girlfriend both looked at each other and in unison said “ whatever they are making it is not enough”. If I were to recommend any location in Ohio it would be this location if I could give 10 stars I would.“

“Jordin took my order in the drive thru she was very efficient and got several cars out in a timely manner. While also managing to be very personable and friendly yet professional. She helped me make a decision on which item from her own experience and also upselled the newest drink. 10/10 highly recommend. Every chick-fil-a needs a Jordin . May God continue to let his light shine through you.“

“Chick-fil-A sandwiches have always been a great go to for that chicken sandwich itch. I also do love their salads as they are pretty hefty with the quantity you get in each bowl. The quality of the lettuce is also nice compared to other food chains. The waffle fries are good, but I have experienced at the Willoughby location that they will go very heavy on the salt sometimes where my family and myself just cannot eat them.
My real only complaint is the drive thru service. I would say that in my last 10 visits here, 3 of those times I was missing food. Now, it is my error for not double checking my bag, but in my defense I have been to other food establishments that I have not had issues with any of my orders exceeding at least 30+ trips. This location has dual lanes, and sometimes you can feel pressure of being in lane waiting for food when the car behind you has already been serviced. With the amount of staffing, I feel they need to have someone double check orders.
The staff though is polite and kind, which is nice. I feel the accuracy in which the orders are packed needs to be checked.
Update: I had an issue last night 3/7/25 where my order was missing a sandwich. I noticed this once I got home. I called the store with no answer. I was instructed to leave a voicemail which referenced that I would receive a call back. I never got a returned call. I went back to the store the next day and brought in my receipt showing the clerk how my order was incomplete. They remade the sandwich but referenced to me that they would only do this, this once as they only remake food same day or send me a coupon in mail. Here is my issue, if you aren't picking up the phone and are not returning my phone call as you stated you would, your establishment will not be getting $7 from me for free. I WILL receive my food. I do not want to rely on the USPS to give me a free coupon. If I have to drive back up to your store because of your error, you should be more welcoming and apologetic. Heck, give me a free fry to compensate my gas. Sadly, this left a strong bitter taste on my mouth.
The fast food industry can be very tough on stores depending on location. But you also gain high rep for service quality. Chick-fil-A usually pushes itself as setting a high bar for quality in food and service. So far, my opinion is dropping into the negative areas though as I am continuing to get bad service quality at this location.“
