“The staff are all so nice and the food is fresh every time!! We dine here or carry out at least twice a month. Whether dining in or takeout, the food is always fast, affordable, and fresh. “My family and I LOVE Maki. Their food is always fresh, and delicious. I haven't found my favorite dish YET. Too many to choose from. I love their Beef Pho, and Yakisoba. My husband enjoys ALL of their specialty sushi. Their waitresses are always kind, and attentive. My husband is always thirsty, and never has an empty cup. The main man...sushi preparer is amazing! Always delivers a beautiful dish! Out of all the restaurants we frequent in Lake County....Maki is always consistent with their food quality and service.“
“I have visited 2 times since my last review the food was delicious both times! Please don't listen to these bad reviews of people saying they make their food in the back when you can clearly see them making the chicken right on the grill. There chicken is not all fat it's chicken thighs. Just say that's not your favorite cut of the chicken. Sakura will always be my favorite as I remember it in the mall and every other location that they have! Thank you for your excellent service and a clean environment!“

“My wife and I felt like trying something new, so we opted for Sumoboy. The clear soup was flavorful. The chicken katsu i ordered was crispy and saucy. My wife enjoyed her bento box but thought there was a bit too much teryaki sauce, and some of the chicken chunks were a little tough. We were the only ones in the restaurant the entire time, so hopefully it was just an off time for them.“

“First time at Issho Ni Poke Bar, and even though I didn’t try the poke, I was seriously impressed! I had the Rainbow sushi burrito and the Karai Maguro Onigiri—both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together. The burrito was loaded with colorful, quality ingredients, and the spicy tuna onigiri with cucumber, eel sauce, and crispy onion was an awesome combo of heat, crunch, and richness.
My family goes to their Willoughby location all the time for sushi and ramen, so I already knew they were legit—but this spot has its own unique vibe and definitely lives up to the name. Friendly staff, quick service, and super clean inside too. I’ll definitely be back to try more!“

“Shout out to Fried Rice Hibachi 2 Go catering. We had Hibachi for a grad party this weekend and it was delicious! They were great to work with, very responsive and flexible. I would definitely use them again for catering.“

“The food was delicious! I love that everyone got fried rice (no upcharge for not getting white rice instead) AND noodles. Our chef was extremely entertaining and funny! It was the perfect venue for our party of 12.
On top of everything else, I think this is the first time I've had my steak actually made to order at a hibachi restaurant. Every other hibachi restaurant I've been to asked how I wanted my steak and then cooked it well done anyway...“

“The best Sushi I have ever had!!! My kids and I absolutly love it there! The owner is so sweet and remembers what sushi my son gets! The best service and food!! Highly recommend! We go at least 2/3 times a month! Ran into the owners at Sam’s club and was soo pleased to see all they had was fresh fruit and veggie!!! no frozen! There veggies are so crisp being fresh!!“

“I LOVE IT!!! They are AWESOME!! I go there at least once or twice a week and they know me and my order. You get what you pay for. I got 5 of my friends hooked on them and my mom and daughter. Yummy yummy so good 😋 you cannot go wrong 👍“

“Good ramen and sushi spot in Willoughby! Definitely worth a try if you’re in the Cleveland area - especially on a cold day.
The venue is unassuming, located in a strip mall off the side of a road, but man oh man do they serve up a nice bowl of noodles. I ordered the spicy ramen (only option with chili paste) and it was down right delicious. You can tell the restaurant puts time and care into what they do. The broth was bursting with layers of flavor. The noodles had great texture and held up in the soup. The pork belly had a wonderful crispy smokey flavoring going on. It was a perfect trio of earthy, spicy, and rich! It was a colder day when I stopped in and this bowl warmed me up down to the core!
The guests I was dining with ordered a he sushi roll and LOVED it! They said it was probably the best sushi roll they’ve ever had in their lives. Which is pretty high praise given they’re had more sushi than they’d probably care to admit.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful in the ordering process. The dining room isn’t big but they do have a handful of booths and bar seating along the sushi counter. The booth seating isn’t the most comfortable and the backs tend to lean if you try to press your back against it. Bathroom was clean and fully stocked with soap and paper towels. Always an indicator of a good operation when a restaurant has a clean bathroom area.
Overall, I’d definitely stop back in to try more food when I’m in the area next. I’d highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try if ramen and sushi are your thing! Just be warned this place fills up fast!“
