About Lake Erie Distillery

Lake Erie Distillery is an awesome little distillery and a hidden gem in Willoughby. It offers truly quality liquors across the spectrum, with wonderful products. Notable spirits include the new espresso vodka, made with real coffee beans, which makes an awesome espresso martini. Other favorites are the Dill vodka, the Jamaican Style Rum, the Junior whiskey, the burning river whiskey, the pickle vodka, and the single barrel bourbon, which is by far one of the best bourbons ever had. The Junior whiskey is smooth and easy drinking, while the bourbon is outstanding in an Old Fashioned.

The owners and staff are the nicest folks, always super friendly, very knowledgeable, informative, and passionate. They welcome visitors with a tasting and are happy to let you sample their products. The distillery also has a bar where guests can try multiple great cocktails, like the toasted marshmallow old fashioned. There is reasonably priced food, and food trucks are sometimes available. It is a must-go spot and definitely worth giving a shot.
