The vegetables were fresh and crunchy; the respective sauce and broth was neither salty or oily - it was light. We each ordered medium spice level; for our taste buds, this was sufficiently hot. The food was freshly prepared and was ready in minutes. We ate at one of the four kitchenette tables. The owner said the majority of business is takeout, but dining-in is an option for patrons.“
