“Have been here 5 or 6 times, either with my son or my wife. Food has always been outstanding. The hostess is attentive without hovering, informative and friendly. Generally the bar TV is showing an Asian version of Dancing wt Stars, or ???? Got Talent - interesting. One of my favorite places, would recommend to everyone!“

“Don't be deceived by the location or the parking place. The inside is better than the outside. This place is good. Most of the items I've ordered are very good. I've been here several times. I thought the crying tiger was too sweet. The Laos papaya was pungent and delicious. I wasn't impressed witķh the duck basil. The duck was way overcooked. My friend enjoyed the curries. The Pad Tai had tamarind, which gave it a bit of a sour note. I don't like the current server. She is a bit too pushy, a little too excited. I appreciate a calmer person.

Parking: The parking needs to be repaved. A better handicap parking space needs to be added

What it reduces down to is that Nat has never ONCE disappointed with her food. I have been impressed with every single dish I have had. I have enjoyed many Thai restaurants over the course of my life and typically found that each of them is good at a few things but not others. Nat defies this with her cooking. She draws from her experiences growing up watching family cook and it reads in her dishes. Perfect balance, fresh and flavorful ingredients, care and patience all can be read while eating her food. With Thai by Nat, I have ventured away from my typical Thai go-to dishes that I routinely order at restaurants and experienced more of her food. I have found new favorites and dishes that I now think about regularly. There is absolutely no reason not to try Thai by Nat. “This was my first visit to Cuyahoga Falls and I was shocked to see so many different cuisines to pick from. I finally settled on Papaya Salad because it sounded delicious, and let me tell you, it was FANTASTIC! The Thai spring rolls are amazing! I could’ve eaten two orders. I ordered the Pho Salad and though it didn’t come out like it was shown on the menu, it was still great. Just next time I’ll know to stick with mild, not mild medium. A tiny bit too much heat for this girl. When I visited today, they were only accepting cash which I read as I walked in the door. Fair enough, they’re just reopening and I had cash on me. Then I ordered more than I originally planned, and forgot about them only taking cash. I got my bill and I was $4 short plus a tip. I offered to leave my debit card with the money I had while I went to an ATM, and my server told me, “No, it’s okay. We trust you.” That’s the kind of people who work here. They’re a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. She didn’t know me, she had no idea of knowing if I’d come back. But I did. And because of that interaction, I’ll come back to dine in again some time.“

“What a great restaurant! It’s located in a small strip mall, so you ta not really visible from the road. My friend has highly recommended it too me , and I’m so glad she did.! “We had gone here pre-pandemic and it was great. During the pandemic it was aweful~frozen mixed veggies, just terrible. Ordred takeout tonight on a whim and it is back to great. Had a wonderful avacado curry with coconut rice with FRESH veggies. I’m glad we gave them one more try and they are back!!“

“Been going here for years but it's getting run down. The foyer smells of mold from the giant constant flow of water Buddha Fountain, and enclosed area with no circulation. Was tempted to dumb bleach in the Buddha pool but that's where the donation coins are for Buddha's blessings on the donor. So, we also offer incense, flowers, light, food, chanting, and prostrations to Buddha with this understanding. But our offerings need not be material things; we can offer any experience we enjoy to Buddha, like a good single malt scotch on the rocks down the hatch. First time visitors may be turned off and think the food is not good or turn around but it is above average chow, steamed dumplings are the best. Decor needs an upgrade, some vintage Las Vegas lounge booths obscure the huge mirrors on the north wall, and I was looking for the lizard singer! Staff is rather curt but efficient. Rating B-. PS: don’t try and ride the elephant statue out front, you'll get a real surprise.“
