“Great food.
The atmosphere is a little strange. You can still see the glue from where they tore up the carpet and there's these big weird curtains all over the place like your great aunt would have used to hide a part of a room. With no carpet and somewhat open floor plan the bar noise carries quite a bit.

“Those of you reading this it sickens me reading the other reviews. They got one just one cook and i was in there one night that kid looks like he been through hell. I seen 12 people show up and grab menus then all orda food at once. The. They had the gall to gripe about it taking to long ? Nah I heard the bartender yelling at that kid ova it. Do you people not realize it's ya all's fault yo food take too long ? They got only one cook.I'm remaining anonymous under my email name but ya all show that kid some respect I ain't met him nah but I seen the look on his face he looks like he's got no soul he got that thousand yard stare. Ain't no one even my own enemies deserve that kind of stress show that boy some spect.I do recommend their blackened wings he may be a white boy cookin em but he knows what flavas be bussin. We ordered online, and the manager made sure to wait until we got there to finalize the order due to being out of a certain sauce. It was very much appreciated as we went before and the person just gave us plain. I try to call before now if I order online.“

“I stumbled upon Abundance Culinary and I can’t even express to you how happy I am that I did. The food was so good! I’ve had it twice this week and have been thinking about the meal ever since!! The Xiao Chao Beef and sausage dumplings are amazing!!!!!“

“We ordered a pepperoni pizza and really enjoyed this pizza! It was fresh out of the oven, full of flavor, and had a deliciously fluffy, well-made crust that everyone loved. The pepperoni had a great crisp, and the sauce-to-cheese ratio was spot on. The only minor issue we had was that the cheese didn’t stretch—it came off in one piece with the toppings when my kids took a bite, which made it a little tricky for them to eat. But overall, a tasty and satisfying pizza that we’d happily order again!“

“Stopped by the Mentor location today for a slice, left with 2 slices & a can of pop for $7. Good stuff! She said pizza was fresh out the oven, it was pretty good! A little greasier than I’d like on the bottom but crust wasn’t too soggy and had good crunch with pepperoni too“

“So, long story short, don't expect any kind of service from the bartender if you come on a Saturday evening. I started not to say anything but after a lot of thought I felt like this needs to be said. My wife and I have visited this place on several occasions usually during the week and had great service from Maggie. However this past Saturday was a complete disaster. We came in to have a burger and beer and after arriving and sitting at a table in the bar area we waited.......and waited ........ and waited. Finally after sitting and watching the bartender who we later learned was Kate socializing with what appears to be her friends for almost 15 minutes we finally flagged a guy walking by asking him if there was a waitress for this area. He stopped immediately and apologized asking what we wanted to drink and then proceeded to go behind the bar and grab our drinks himself. Coming back he apologized and asked if we wanted something to eat and took our order. Our food was later brought out by someone else and the whole time the bartender continued to socialize with the two or three people at the bar that appeared to be friends. Only after our food was brought out did she finally decide to tear herself away from her social group and grace her with her presence, and even this interaction seemed to be a bother to her. Guess I made a long story longer. Point is the bartender Kate is ok if you're in her social group. If you're not forget about getting any kind of service from her.“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

Last night, I had a taste for a pizza with white sauce, cheese, mushrooms, spinach, chicken and pineapples and oh my goodness!!!! It was DELICIOUS!!!! “Went to this very humble restaurant via drive-thru last Friday (12/6). When placing our order at the drive-thru, the staff was generous and professional in listening to our order. Service here is very super-excellent. Staff wasted no time making our meal. Immediately, it was delivered to our car. This is, by far, the most excellent service I've ever had. “I have been ordering from the East Cleveland Papa John’s for maybe 4 years. I have never had a negative experience (except when they forgot my Diet Coke back in the day, lol; even then they wanted to remedy immediately. Over the years I have gotten to know the very kind and considerate manager, Curtis. Even after a period of not ordering when I was back working in an office for a bit he still remembered me on his next delivery. It’s not hard to be kind but many are not. When he delivers I look forward to seeing him and experiencing his genuine kindness. When he doesn’t deliver it is so nice to hear the way his staff speaks of him. The driver that just delivered to me and I agreed he is just a kind, nice man. I can’t imagine anyone having a complaint about this store… even if they forgot the Diet Coke once or twice. “They have the best pizza, hands down. I’ve tried Little Caesars and their pizza is always a little burnt or dry and stiff. The pizza is definitely worth eight dollars for an eight slice box. The brownie pan wasn’t all that good from my experience. But this is definitely a 10 out of 10.“

“This was fantastic chicken. Nicely enough we got there at about 6:30 on a Sunday and the gentleman at the front said they'd make us some fresh chicken for our 12 piece.
