“First time and went out for my mother-in law’s birthday. Highly recommend this place. Food was amazing and things I normally do not eat but was great trying new things. We had the salmon stuffed with crab special and the lamb with mushroom risotto. Both were amazing. Nicole our server was great and made sure we had an amazing evening. Sat on the patio with live music from a guitarist and harmonica player. For drinks, we recommend the Cherry Bourbon Smash and the Moroccan Mint Tea.“

“You know that scene in Ratatouille where the food critic was transported to his childhood from the food that happened to me here. The tacos tijuana with carne asada brought me back to when I was a kid sharing a botana platter with friends after church in the little hole in the wall restaurant down the street. I've never had carne asada like that since, and now I've found it. The holy grail Taco. The one Taco to rule them all. The macguffin of my life. I've found on my 40th birthday a taco that was and shall be my simple yet amazing friend. Don't get me wrong, I love Condado, Momocho, and lesser but still love for Barrio. However, they were usurped in my heart by the new number 1 authentic Mexican in my humble opinion. I love food, and for the first time in a long while, I felt that love was reciprocated. Don't miss this hidden gem. You won't regret it!“

“We had an omega sub and a chicken ranch bacon sub both excellent! Fresh buns the bread was soft and warm a great bun filled with our chopped ingredients. Fresh cut shoestring fries and fried pickles also very good. Quick service, took back to hotel to eat, only chairs for waiting inside“

“Mushroom ravioli was excellent along with the simple salad-I love garlic so the creamy garlic vinaigrette was excellent on the salad. My husband had the crispy chicken sandwich which he loved along with the simple salad. Tasty food and great service. Nice place to eat if you are shopping and want to sit and relax.“

“I recently had my baby shower at The Spot and they truly knocked it out of the park. We had the opportunity to rent the back room or the entire restaurant. (I had so many guests, we went with the full restaurant; after-hours, of course!) The staff was truly wonderful to work with. From helping me decide how much food to order, to helping arrange a few tables, to their staffing for the event, and food that everyone talked about and enjoyed. Everything was affordable and delicious. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how wonderful everything looked and tasted. I could not recommend The Spot for your next event. And even if you don’t host your event THERE, their catering can be delivered! -100% worth it. I find that with smaller events such as showers, people remember a few things most: how good the food was, how cute the location looked, and how kind the staff was to close family and friends. The Spot checks all the boxes! Do not hesitate to book your special event with them!! I could not possible recommend them enough.“

“Julia was amazing and super sweet , julie who was super kind to our two kids gave them crayons and noise canceling head phones to keep the kids happy while we got to enjoy our time as guest with our friends. We will be back to make this our spot right down the street from us!Thank you guys for making us feel comfortable with our kids tagging along!We will be back!
