“We are so lucky to have CP's in our community. Yeah, their ice cream is great and it's reasonable priced, but the ownership is amazing. I don't know them, but I'm so impressed when a business owner not only values their employees, but also believes in being a good steward to their community. We definitely don't go as much as we'd like, but anytime we want ice cream, this is where we go!“

“I picked up a Biga Big Pepperoni this evening. This is one loaded pepperoni pizza. I think they use aged pepperoni that gets crunchy around the edges. So good! The cheese is the best around and highly recommended. The drive through girl was very pleasant and I did not have to wait. The only downside was that the pizza was really greasy on the bottom for some reason this time. Great pie and great service.“

“This summer probably came here several times every week. All of the flavors I've tried are really good and they don't add any added sugar which is great. You can tell that it's all natural and fresh and all incredibly tasty. Everyone is super sweet and asks you how your day is going. You can definitely chitchat with your friends inside and there are tables outside if the weather is niceThey give you a punchcard and after eight Italian says you can get a regular size Italian for free.“

Hidden in Waterloo Arts District, this place has an industrial aesthetic and comfortable feel that is great for working. “My brother, who was a huge Swenson's fan and never missed getting a meal there when he was in Ohio, passed away this morning. My husband and I decided to go to our local Swenson's in his honor. When manager, AJ, heard my story, he gave us our meals for free! What a kind gesture at a difficult time. Swenson's fan for life!“

“A great local ice cream chain! I visited here on the solar eclipse day and while the line was out the door, it moved quickly. I had been here before and got the chocolate peanut butter cup, which I found underwhelming. This time, I got the peanut butter fudge sundae with caramel fudge brownie ice cream. The sundae was reasonably priced ($7) with a good portion size, and it was delicious. The peanut butter and hot fudge were delicious, and the ice cream was rich and creamy, with plenty of hearty fudge chunks. I highly recommend Mitchell's if you are looking for good, local ice cream in Cleveland!“

“We liked the pizza we ended up with but I had to drive back twice for it. I ordered a margherita pizza (tomatoes, basil, mozzarella) for pick up and they put a garlic white sauce on it. Why would they do that? I can't eat garlic, which is why I order a margherita pizza. If they are going to add garlic sauce to a basic pizza, which by definition that I've found has no garlic sauce, they should inform customers in advance. That said, the pizza we finally got, after driving back twice, was good. Not sure I will return however. Lots of good pizza places that know how to make a margherita pizza.“

“I had the pleasure of being surprised for my 40th Birthday at a private party here. Katie Uminski did an amazing job all by herself dealing with us from start to finish. Everything went great and we look forward to using them again in the future! If you're looking for somewhere for a small private party I highly recommend her at The Yard On 3rd!“

“Great independent coffee shop - we stopped here because the bagel place down the street doesn't make espresso-based beverages on Sundays. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Lots of comfy chairs and a sofa for folks who want to kick back, relax, and just take it all in. Coffees were tasty and well worth it! See you next time!“

“The best pizza in this area!! We tried many pizzas in different restaurants but my boyfriend and I agreed that Abo's pizza was the best. Their crust/dough was so good and had an excellent flavor. It was relatively thin but could hold the toppings. We had one of their specialty pizzas, Mediterranean, together with a Caesar salad. Large pizza was more than enough to share for two people. Service was good, prices were reasonable but we thought $10 for a piece of cheese cake was a bit steep. Anyways, we will go back there for sure.Update:We went back & ordered Calamari, Margarita Pizza (BEST) , Linguine with Calamari, & Gnocchi. “What a wonderful experience. We were actually in route to eat somewhere else nearby but it looked to be way too crowded. While driving around I notice The Gateway Diner and decided to try it.Wow. The food was great. The environment was great. The service was fantastic.This will definitely be a new breakfast and lunch spot for us.“

“I went to B Side Lounge last night and I couldn't wait to leave a review of my experience. Every Tuesday they have a live band in combination with an open mic and it's was really an artist's paradise. There were vocalists, MC's, and musicians that were so talented. It was an ambiance that was unbeatable. This was my first time ever going for this event and I definitely will be going again next Tuesday. The event does have a 10 dollar cover charge but it was worth it. I think it's a great place to go by yourself to meet people, for date night or with friends. Honorable mention: The Long Island cocktails are monstrous in the best way possible!“

“We tried this place on a recommendation from a friend. We ordered two pizzas and one of their daily specials, linguine with lobster. I also tried their clam chowder, which was very good, and that's saying something coming from someone who originally came from New England. All three were excellent. We will definitely be working through their menu over the next year.“

“Hosted my sister's 50th and everything was perfect! We had wings, tator skins, peppers and onions and nachos. The food was good! The party room held well over 50 people no problem and having a separate bar in it was perfect. The 2 bartenders were sweet and patient. The bar also had a dj on the outdoor patio, that was the icing on the cake! So so fun!“

“I love Best Gyros, I came upon them on DoorDash and I ordered a gyro and chili cheese fries and it was soooo good. They have their days when the food doesn’t taste how it should because of the difference cooks, I just recently ordered some food and even though I had a great portion of gyro meat, it was soooo salty which was disappointing! Both times the food was top level - memorable to come back the second time after a year! Best juicy burgers! Crispy waffle fries! I tried to use an app for pick up - we parked waited 25 min - I went in cuz I wasn't sure - I'm not a regular on the app I used- My card got charged and found out it was cancelled when I went to pick up - Had not really a reason why. “Oh my gosh! We were visiting Columbus from Tennessee and my sister looked this place up for us to go. We didn't know what to expect and there was this cute kid with curly black hair that looked like Timothy Chalamet, out there directing us in.He went over the menu and gave us recommendations on what to order. He was running everywhere and going 90 to nothing getting all the orders and still being awesome with us. I wish I could remember his name.The food was absolutely amazing. Things on it like BBQ and tarter sauce, but it was actually delicious. I'm going to go ahead and say best burger even though I always thought Ohios best burgers were Kewpee. I think Swensons beat them, or maybe it was the well mannered Timmy Chalamet kid that waited on us. LolWe are coming back in May for my husband to have another procedure and we are going back. I hope the kid that looked like Timothy with manners like Wally Cleaver is there again.“

“The smoked BBQ was good but they were stingy on the BBQ sauce amd didn't offer anything else for sauces. The Brisket was a bit dry and the meals were set on a peice of toast you couldn't cut with a fork but the service and atmosphere was great. But thats was my opinion“

“I literally love it here I visit often, to the point where when my cousin and I come in Olivia already knows what we want. Olivia and the owner are the only two people I have ran across working in there and I have been coming for about 2 years. the owner isn’t quite the people person and I can say he does lack common and decent communication skills and customer service skill making him come off as snarky and rude. However, Olivia is such a doll and is the reason I come back. She always asks how I have been and tells us to come back in soon when she doesn’t see us in a long time. She is amazing at working and still holding conversation, she brings a warm and welcoming feel. She makes sure my friends and I receive our points for being loyal customers and she’s just very personable…if you haven’t been before she will give you recommendations.. she’s very patient when you aren’t sure what you want and never has a problem explaining the menu. The only thing I would like to see is permanent and consistent business hours and if not that a working phone just so people can call to inquire before coming up.“
