“This morning at 6am I pulled through the drive thru in desperate need of a powerade (I've been so sick and none of the other restaurants have powerade anymore) and something small to eat in order to take my medicine. I pulled up and asked if they had powerade and he said yes, and then I ordered an oatmeal bar. He said they didn't have them anymore and was really nice about it it's not his fault they didn't have it. I got up to the window and he said he forgot to ask me what flavor powerade I wanted and I said blue. That would be my luck they don't have blue powerade lol. He listed off the other flavors and I chose a different one and it was totally fine I wasn't upset or anything, but when I kept trying to pay for it the manager said no no it's on us sorry for not having what you wanted just give us a review on the wendyswantstoknow thing-- we'll I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't leave a review there. I hope this review here will suffice. It was a very pleasant experience even though they didn't have what I wanted and I really appreciated the customer service. 😊 The manager mentioned his name on the speaker but I forgot so Dec 1st 6am whoever the manager was this day, you're awesome“
