“My food was absolutely awesome. They gave me the wrong frosty but whatever they gave me was great so oh well! Lol the people were incredibly friendly. My food was hot and fresh. I can’t eat at the Wendy’s by my house (Salem🤢) so I think I’ll start driving over here so I can actually enjoy Wendy’s because this experience was awesome! Thanks yall“

“This location, and especially manager Jerome, are doing a fantastic job. I made a mistake when placing an order on the app, 100% on my end, but Jerome went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. “I have only two complaints about the whole experience my burgers were dried out and overcooked (burnt) & they forgot my frosty
(birthday) but everything else was amazing . I met the manager , Jodius and he was a great individual. Funny, attentive, and cool. The lemonade is still my fave ! Pineapple mango 😋“

“I got off work at about 10:00pm. It was amazing staff here last night. Ive heard bad things about this location. But I was hungry. Had been working all day. And they were open. Wendy's has always offered great salads. My Cobb salad was made fresh to order. With all the ingredients. I wasn't mer with an attitude because it was the end of the night. Just a restaurant worried about what I wanted to eat! Thanks! I tore it up. It was so good 👍 Had to be back at work at 8:00am. So no I wasnt cooking anything. “So I don't frequent this Location on Dorothy lane very often, but I went through last evening and I was not satisfied so I called in this morning with a simple order that I wanted to have replaced and the GM who I didn't know at the time was the one that I spoke with, he was more than happy and very apologetic to fix my order immediately. Which did not take more than 2 minutes? And this g m's name is Eric. Great guy definitely cares about his restaurant and his subordinates. I will be returning to this location.“

This time I came on a busy Saturday night and was greeted with a friendly smile at the window, they were working hard to clean up trash in the parking lot, and the Shift lead Bobbie had great customer service. “The food is fantastic, probably one of the best Wendy's I have been to. However, for some reason this particular location always forgets sour cream for the chili and butter/sour cream for the baked potato without fail, hence the -1 star. However, all the employees are kind - with good customer service. I dont have problems with speed or anything. 😀“

“I am beyond thrilled with my experience at this Wendy’s location. I went here around 1pm for lunch and I ordered the $6 biggie bag double stack. The 2 patties were very fresh and flavorful. I also swapped my drink with a choclate frosty. The worker filled my frosty up to the brim! I was also given 3 bbq sauces with my meal, which was more than enough! Some locations are stingy with sauce amounts and even charge extra, but not this location! I am thrilled with my experience. One of the best Wendy’s locations I’ve been to thus far!“
