Wendy's in Dayton

“Muncie.... This store is a gem. Please understand in Dayton where i currently reside... Im convinced they have a quota on time you must wait to have your order taken and another to receive it. I was not in line here for more than 3 minutes. 😍 wow.“

“This location, and especially manager Jerome, are doing a fantastic job. I made a mistake when placing an order on the app, 100% on my end, but Jerome went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. “I have only two complaints about the whole experience my burgers were dried out and overcooked (burnt) & they forgot my frosty
(birthday) but everything else was amazing . I met the manager , Jodius and he was a great individual. Funny, attentive, and cool. The lemonade is still my fave ! Pineapple mango 😋“

“Love Wendy's burgers. They're always packed with toppings. Kinda disappointed in the fries though. They were mostly one to one and a half inches long. Whatever happened to the longer fries? Still great taste just short. Staff were incredible and the place was immaculate.“

“Asked for 20 piece was corrected they only have 10 piece like really.. female taking order was rude and did not wait for me to complete my order kept cutting me off your total is I said I am not finished only order 2 10 piece a large chili med fry she acted like I had a huge order and then whe I asked for sauce for nuggets only wanted to hand me 2 I said dear 2 of 20 nuggets seriously she said thats all we are allowed to give with out charge is said I know thats a lie its 2 per 10. “Went to pick up a mobile order today after deciding McDonald's was too busy. We were immediately pulled forward off the timer, a sign of being busy for only having one car in front of us. It'd been over 10 minutes when I thought of going inside to ask if everything was okay when a woman opened the door to apologize and communicate with us that they were severely understaffed.

At face value it wasn't a good experience, *however,* I can't tell you how many times I've driven away from a chain food place with ample staffing and low wait times to still not get everything I paid for. Not this time. Everything was there, fresh and good tasting. Even the iced coffee was cold, no hint of it being warm from the pot. They were aware of the situation and communicated it respectfully despite likely being under ludicrous pressure, and I can appreciate that a lot having been in those shoes. I hope the day gets better and that the folks deserving of recognition see this.“
