Although I have one comment if the owner is listening: I totally knew that the one by Eastgate Mall was going to close and this one probably is at risk as well and here's why...
You have way too many staff on hand - could probably manage with half the staff if they were actually really great at what they were doing. It seemed like everyone there was on maybe their second day of work [hint: they weren't - just no flow] and nothing really ran smoothly at all. Invest in a great management team and you can run a much much leaner business!!“
