Me ? I got the junior chocolate frosty and it really hit the spot!“

“Went through the drive thru, should have checked the one item I ordered, a spicy chicken, got home it was a double with bacon. Called and talked Jamie, she was very nice and apologetic without making excuses. She told me just to bring my receipt back within two weeks and they would make it right. Went back the next day and got my spicy chicken with no problem.Fixing a problem with an order without giving the customer a hassle is a sign of excellent customer service.“
“Every time I come to this location my food is always fresh and made the way I order it they always make sure to clarify if of what I say to get it correct and no matter who seems to be working they always say thank you and your welcome with a smile now aways it's hard to find fast food that hits every mark Everytime but this specific location and staff do . 10 out of 10 recommend“
“This Wendy's is always clean and the employees are very friendly. They always make people feel welcome and always helpful..Parking: There are a few parking spots on the side where you enter the building, but they have a huge back parking lot that makes it easier to pull out..Kid-friendliness: The people who work here are awesome. The staff always talks to my children and when we come in.. This Wendy's is by far my favorite one to go to.. Food is always hot and fresh.“
“Ordered lunch for three people. We wanted chocolate Frosty's. They said no chocolate only strawberry and vanilla. We ordered strawberry. When we got to pick up window in less than a minute, all they had was vanilla. This was lunchtime! They were friendly, but we didn't understand the Frosty situation.“
“The seasoned potatoes are amazing! The honey butter biscuits is very sweet, maybe a little too much honey. My only complaint is I'm in my work clothes and the lid does not fit properly, so I spilled it on myself I will definitely go back strictly for the seasoned potatoes!!“

“I would like to recognize two young ladies and the GM at this location. There was an irate customer and they handled it so professionally, it was amazing to see. The young lady, Boo B (with the locs), was extremely professional and pleasant, Even after the customer was rude to her. The GM, handled the situation, and rather than match the energy of the irate customer, he took care of her, and she was pleased. Also, Kierra (aka BBS or FH ?), took my order and was very pleasant and professional as well. I will definitely be revisiting this location for lunch.“

“They were out of chilli my favorite. I checked two other locations they were all out of chilli? The manager gave me the hamburger no charge. I went back two days later I only had to pay for a frosty. The manager gave me two chilli's no charge. Amazing. That works for me. I love their chilli and apparently many others do as well.“
“Stopped in for breakfast and found the store clean and ready for business. The employees took my order quickly and courteously and I had my food in a few minutes.Biscuits and gravy was good with plenty of sausage in it.And my sausage biscuit was hot and fresh. “The first time I went to this location several weeks ago and ordered a chicken wrap with no chicken (vegetarian) they only charged me around $2.50. This time, they changed me the full price of over $6... for a tortilla with cheese and lettuce. Ridiculous. “Bake potatoes are good and are always fresh and hot. The food is good. Long wait times on drive through orders though.Kid-friendliness: Can get meals that are kid friendly. I normally get the bake potato for my 1 year old grandson and myself. I smash it up for him. He loves it. :)“
“The ONLY reason I’m marking this five stars is because I want people to see it. Not only is the Jamaican lady at this location a literal walking negative attitude embodied as a person - but I have reason to believe she’s a walking hazard. I think she spit in my food. The Jamaican lady that works at night is always freaking rude. She is literally the worst person to even have at the window. Her attitude nasty, appearance doesn’t ever seem very cleanly and she ALWAYS forgets my food. Like tonight, I decided to give them another chance and at the window when I was about to ask if I could pay for extra sauces, she cuts me off mid sentence and says” we don’t take orders at the window” uh yeah lady I know that I used to work here, I was going to ask for extra sauces. She didn’t say anything just slammed the window in my face opened it gave me my bag and yes, you guessed it. She didn’t put my sauces AND forget a whole part of my order. Even the light skin male with locs knew she was out of order with the way she spoke to me because he gave her a funny look himself - he’s like “why so rude?”. To top everything off, I don’t wanna jump the gun but I swear I feel like she did something nasty to my food. There was a moist liquid with no color and bubbles right in the middle of the sandwich she didn’t forget to put in my bag. It was see thru, like spit. I really feel like my stuff was spit in or they did something to it. This was my last night spending money here. She need to take that attitude back to where she came from and not work in customer service anymore no cap“

“I work nearby, so I've eaten here several times over the last couple of months and while the reviews normally make me steer clear of making a bad decision, I have to say that not once in my 3 recent Experiences have I been disappointed. The employees have always been friendly, my food correct, and hot/fresh. I've had a variety of items also. My new favorite though was the salad. That's what stuck out the most was how much chicken they put in the salad and how fresh the lettuce was. I would recommend here, and I'll be back! :)“
“No issues here and it's as you would expect a Wendy's to be. If you've been here before, you know what to order. If not, you gotta try the double spicy chicken. The fries are good when they're fresh. Grab a large chocolate frosty to go. I'd rate their nuggets better than McDonald's and I do like the barbecue sauce better than mcds.“
