We had a great experience ! After concert, on way back to UC, late at night, carload of people, we got to laughing. Employee patient with us and we had a fun conversation with her at the window! Order correct and off we went!
My experience at this Wendy's was great and one of the best Wendy's in Cincinnati that I've been to. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and my order was accurate. You can't ask much more than that, especially with a declining fast food experience issue all over the Cincinnati area. Only improvement they could make from my experience is to give napkins with drive thru orders. They did a great job with everything else.
