“McDonald's these days.... Understaffed, overworked, impossibly difficult day-to-day existence. These guys are dealing with all the usual crap that every Mickey D's employees deal with, it ain't glamorous, but they absolutely give it 100% and do a damn sight better job than the other McDonald's in the area (Stuebenville, I'm looking at you). I really appreciate that little extra effort and they make that effort every morning and the way they take the job seriously. It might seem trivial to some, but I have a lot of respect for anybody in food service,, it is not easy, it's like working in a pressure cooker with customers lining up to hate on you. Even when they are getting crushed, these guys display very strong customer service skills and I know for a fact I would have melted down already. You guys are great, hope you get a raise. Or more help.“

“I love coming here for coffee, donuts, food, etc. It can become really busy at times, but that’s because Steubenville Dunkin is the best! Addy is so nice to the customers, always has a smile on her face and tries her hardest at her job, even when a rush is going on. She’s my favorite worker there. The food and coffee is amazing! I’d say the sourdough breakfast sandwich is my go to. Overall, this place is amazing and recommend it to any in the Steubenville/Wintersville/Weirton area. Amazing work Steubenville!“

“Best thing about going to the Trinity pavilion for my OBGYN is that I walk by every time I go to my appointments. Love stopping afterwards for some coffee and food when I’m feeling a little hungry. Stuffed pepper soup and a iced pumpkin spice latte is what I just got today. The drink is lovely and I love the real pumpkin in it and the soup was so good my kid ate almost half of it with me. I’ve been coming here on and off both pregnancies (they know what they’re doing placing it right where a pregnant lady walks by every check up hahah) and love it so much. I always tell friends and family if they have an appointment in the pavilion to stop by ms. Brendas for a bite afterwards because it’s just that good. Drew me in with the smell of coffee and breakfast sandwiches and I’ve been hooked since!! Highly recommend!“

“I was having a bad day. My mom passed away recently. I forgot my wallet and I told the young man (he wore glasses) working drive thru window. I was upset and I forgot my wallet. And I told him ‘listen I’m so sorry I forgot my wallet and I’m so sorry my mom passed and my head wasn’t in the right place’. This young man was so sweet. He gave me the drink anyways. And he was so genuine. I offered to bring the money back and he said it was just fine and that I did not have to. Which I’m still going to. But I don’t have his. Name. This was about 8:30 am today. I want you to know that you have a caring and genuine employe. He was empathetic and kind. He is a keeper. He made my sad day with that one act of simple kindness change into a positive for me. And I really needed that. So whomever this young man is you are a rarity. You are an amazing person. Thank you for not just the drink, but your willingness to be a good person in such a tough world.“

“Clear Creek has been an amazing addition to our community. Not only are their drinks awesome, but their employees and customer service are top notch! Recently, I had accidentally thrown away a Clear Creek gift card I had gotten for Christmas and I was so upset. I reached out to them and they found the purchase transaction and sent me a new digital gift card as a replacement! I think it’s safe to say that when you see the lines wrapped around their trailer, it’s a testament to their great coffee, customer service, and welcoming atmosphere. 🩷“
