“McDonald's these days.... Understaffed, overworked, impossibly difficult day-to-day existence. These guys are dealing with all the usual crap that every Mickey D's employees deal with, it ain't glamorous, but they absolutely give it 100% and do a damn sight better job than the other McDonald's in the area (Stuebenville, I'm looking at you). I really appreciate that little extra effort and they make that effort every morning and the way they take the job seriously. It might seem trivial to some, but I have a lot of respect for anybody in food service,, it is not easy, it's like working in a pressure cooker with customers lining up to hate on you. Even when they are getting crushed, these guys display very strong customer service skills and I know for a fact I would have melted down already. You guys are great, hope you get a raise. Or more help.“

“As a 1966 THS graduate it was a pleasure today to visit your coffee shop. My husband and I enjoyed your coffee and desserts. Especially the chocolate muffin. Your staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also we met some people who knew our relatives and graduates that I knew. We had a great time talking about the old youth harbor days. “Anyone that hasn’t had Ms. Brenda’s food,y’all need to quit sleepin’ on it! I had a test at the hospital this morning and was given time to eat before it resumed. I had an amazing breakfast sandwich,after my test was finished,I took home a sausage sandwich and potato soup!!!! Delicious! The food and service is amazing,the folks working are so friendly and personable!!!! Go,folks,you won’t regret it!“

“I was having a bad day. My mom passed away recently. I forgot my wallet and I told the young man (he wore glasses) working drive thru window. I was upset and I forgot my wallet. And I told him ‘listen I’m so sorry I forgot my wallet and I’m so sorry my mom passed and my head wasn’t in the right place’. This young man was so sweet. He gave me the drink anyways. And he was so genuine. I offered to bring the money back and he said it was just fine and that I did not have to. Which I’m still going to. But I don’t have his. Name. This was about 8:30 am today. I want you to know that you have a caring and genuine employe. He was empathetic and kind. He is a keeper. He made my sad day with that one act of simple kindness change into a positive for me. And I really needed that. So whomever this young man is you are a rarity. You are an amazing person. Thank you for not just the drink, but your willingness to be a good person in such a tough world.“

“Clear Creek has been an amazing addition to our community. Not only are their drinks awesome, but their employees and customer service are top notch! Recently, I had accidentally thrown away a Clear Creek gift card I had gotten for Christmas and I was so upset. I reached out to them and they found the purchase transaction and sent me a new digital gift card as a replacement! I think it’s safe to say that when you see the lines wrapped around their trailer, it’s a testament to their great coffee, customer service, and welcoming atmosphere. 🩷“
