Don't come here expecting anything but the great menu of drinks with glassware, small bites, large tables and seating with bay windows for great conversation and vibes. Do not come here for loud broski chats or sorority shrill voice look at me tings. This is not the place for that and there are plenty of other places that appreciate that type of thing. Think of this spot as when you are 'adulting' lol. I love to give a review but hate to share this spot in fear of what will show up, but hey support small businesses! Just keep the vibes what it is. If I see beer pong after this, I am out!“

“The bar was quaint yet comfortable for our group of 5. Came up from Toronto to see the Ohio/Nebraska game. Were an older group so didn’t want to be with the students. This place offered us the proper atmosphere. The bartender was very pleasant and knowledgeable. All was great till we viewed the invoice. A special charge appeared on our bill for $82. No idea what this was for so we questioned management and received a questionable response.
Would have been a good night but this left us with a sour taste“

“A local pub with the same owners for over 30 years. Very friendly and easy to make friends. They are known for their subs. Also, has local bands and other events throughout the week. Great place to watch OSU football. If you have never been there, you are missing out on one of the best local bars in Columbus

“This is a safe friendly bar. Clean, beautiful atmosphere. Restrooms are very clean. The food is amazing. We got chicken tenders, loaded potatoe skins and pizza. “For such a small bar, Black Brick offers a large selection of craft beers and high quality scotch, bourbon, gin, vodka, and rum. There are always tasty and creative seasonal drinks to try. The patio is connected to the bar by a large door so in the summer time they open the door and the bar is basically outside! Another bonus is that they dont allow any smoking on the patio because of that.“

“My wife and I very much enjoyed her birthday dinner here, and our server even gave her chocolate cake on the house! We usually eat at more casual restaurants but this place was a good balance of feeling a little more upscale, but not overly so. We split the twin filets with a Caesar Salad and a side of macaroni and cheese, and everything was very tasty. I have a tree nut allergy and felt very comfortable eating here.“

We are originally from California, and we have struggled finding a great Mexican restaurant in Ohio and we finally found it in Fiesta Del Rio. “This restaurant is exceptional; my local friend has been hyping it up for years, but they’ve always been closed when I’m visiting Columbus. The staff were so kind, everything was easily made vegan, and the dishes were incredibly delicious. One of my omnivorous pals said the lasagna was how he always dreamed that dish should taste, but never does. I was relieved to hear this, since they switched the dairy cheese with cashew cheese. “This is my newest fav spot in Columbus. We first went for my bday with our two little kids. We were nervous at first bringing them, but felt welcome and they ADORED their dishes. It was, until Speck graciously brought my a mini ice cream cone for my bday when all hell broke loose ? we were SO close! My husband and I knew we wanted to come back....solo, for a date. We made it happen quickly and I again basked in the culinary experience. Servers are attentive, the ambiance is moody yet delightful, feeling as if you walked into a NY spot. We sat at the chef's counter, which was cool to watch the action.
Twice I for the Fungi Pasta Dish... I would eat it every night if I could. The server recommended a Pinot Noir to pair with it and oh my gosh, he was right. Those little moments is what sets restaurants a part. His knowledge for the dish, even though he said he didn't like mushrooms but knew the two paired together brilliantly was like YES!! THIS IS AMAZING!
Oh, the tuna Crudo dish??? I had to stop myself from being awkward and moaning out loud. I will be dreaming of that dish and counting till the next time we go again.

Personally I did not like the bread appetizer as I’m not a ciabatta bread person, if we can switch to sourdough, I’d love that. Ciabatta is too sweet. The chicken pasta Rossi was outstanding. Would love this Alfredo only next time just to try. Husband loved the chicken parm and the Caesar. Most sauces we found in the area are too sweet, this marina is just right. I’d love fresh grated cheese, not sure if it’s fresh grated from the jar shaker. Can’t wait to come back for pizza, it looked thin, crusty and perfect. Wines? I did not like the Savb, but that’s ok, I have a different taste. We’d love refills on ice tea, your server in the bar tops was busy, which I know it happens.“

“This was our second visit to Revelry, and I was eager to return after enjoying such great food the first time. It truly is the best burger I’ve ever had. Tonight, we experienced fantastic food and outstanding customer service. We had several servers, all of whom were very friendly. When my phone fell between the booth and the wall, we alerted the staff, and the general manager came over to help right away. He brought out a few tools, including a broom and a utensil, to assist us in retrieving it. Thankfully, we got it out, and he was incredibly nice throughout the process. He continued to take care of us for the rest of the evening. Once again, the food was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Revelry to anyone!“

Drinks-  collins angel hot latte 5/5 and a matcha latte (Collins angel version) 4/5

Food- egg sandwich w/ bacon- soft bread,  thick bacon,  moist. 5/5 and vermonter- turkey apple and cheese pastry. 4/5 flaky,  good filling.  Not the biggest fan of the sesame seeds.

Overall clean,  cute,  great music/ vibes. A bit pricey, paid $23 for a pastry and drink. But I look forward to returning and exploring the wine/ bar and live music & after work ambiance.“

“We ordered the chicken and waffles, a Baileys Irish coffee, and a side of bacon. The waffle was amazing the only thing was it may have been maybe sitting under a light for a while becuase there was a portion of it that was crispy like chips, I didn't care for that at all. The coffee was lukewarm, and my bacon was overcooked. But the reason i gave them 5 stars is because the service was SUPERB! We were visiting and didn't know of any places to go so we asked the waitress and they took their time and gave us a list of a couple places we could visit in the city and to me that in itself was awesome. Also the waitress removed the overcooked bacon and the lukewarm coffee from my tab, when she noticed that I didn't eat it, without me even having to ask, although I wouldn't have, I would've just paid for it. This place was clean and it was absolutely, for us, worth it.“

“Not sure how this doesn't have five stars across the board. We drove from almost ten hours away and after scouring places to eat we decided to stop here. The crust is crisp, not soggy or tough with good flavor and thickness. You can't go wrong with fresh ingredients like the mozzarella and mushrooms (fresh not canned, wowee!) either. We also tried Gina's Gem and between the beautiful focaccia and the dip being creamy while also sweet with a small back burn to it, you really can't go wrong. The bar is a great place to sit, no spoilers, but the walls and shelves are filled with awesome and hilarious things that make good conversation. It's a shame this wonderful place is so far from home but we're hoping to make it a yearly tradition. Thanks for the great food, staff, and atmosphere!“
