“Upon entering we were greeted by Jahlyia and she was so pleasant and helpful as we looked over the cakes.
She seated us and her personality made it obvious we had made a good choice to dine here.
In the past many of the servers were cold and dismissive but jahlyia made us feel welcomed and important.
Helpful with our menu selection and attentive to our needs. This girl is a keeper and makes the environment just that much better!

“Our group of five dined here for the first time last night and we will return soon! We tried a variety of dishes including an appetizer of fried zucchini, gyro, wild caught salmon, moussaka, and steak and chicken souvlaki (kebabs). All were delicious. “Best fast casual type of restaurant you'll find anywhere but at some point there needs to be a conversation about some of the staff at the short north location... almost every time I go I have an experience so odd it feels like I am getting pranked by a hidden camera. If someone were to tell me they're testing AI robots that work off a limited script I would understand, and also feel better about robots taking human facing jobs. Foods still fantastic and won't impact me from going at least once a week but the robo staff experience has happened too many times to not start the conversation about getting some humans back behind the counter slinging the best food in town.“

“Brassica has build your own bowl/pita/salad options with many fresh vegan choices. The roasted jalapeño cauliflower is really tasty. The hummus is excellent and the pitas were freshly baked and warm. They also had vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies which were soft batch style and yummy.“

“Anytime I am in Hillard OH, this is THE PLACE TO GO! The food Is AWESOME! the hummus, babbaganaush and tabbouleh are soo fresh and delicious. Falafel and other Mediterranean delights are fresh and homemade. The fresh baked bread and sweets are out of this world! The staff is exceptionally friendly and love to tempt your palette with something new and exciting. Oh and did I mention the market is stocked with everything you need to light the fire in your creativity. There is every spice you will need, even the hard to find ones. Thanks Jaffa for the tip on the spicy red Zhug sauce, little dab on the hummus and a fresh hot falafel...YUMMMMM. Until next time thanks Halal, I will be back!“

“I went here last weekend for the first time and really loved it!!! My only two complaints were that I was still hungry from the small amount of chicken I got in my bowl and it was really loud in there due to the industrial architecture style with the high heat echoey ceilings I’m not a fan of as someone with sensory sensitivity. But the tahini chocolate cookie and the yummy mint pink lemonade made up for it! I’m usually quite picky with veggies, but I honestly loved everything I added to my bowl besides the beets. Just too sweet for my preference. I like to eat them raw, just not pickled I’ve discovered. The cauliflower with jalapeño was especially delicious and I usually don’t do spicy nor cauliflower, but it wasn’t even spicy, just super flavorful. Everything was super fresh and delicious and the workers were so kind and friendly as it was my first time and I had no idea what to order or how it all worked. I will definitely be back!“

“Spectacular! They have some tasty dishes. I have tasted the Jamaican Beef Patty, Fish dinner, chicken gyro, chicken wings, greek fries, and more. The only thing that could have been better were the lemon pepper chicken wings. Good wings, just too much seasoning. The chicken wings were too sour.“

“My husband and I had been waiting to try out this restaurant for a date night, and to celebrate his birthday early, as he has an early December bday and it’s too crazy at that time. I had read lots of reviews, and we had a wonderful experience, like most other people apparently! Hope was our amazing server, and had great suggestions and was very attentive and welcoming. We started with the feta and roasted red pepper dips with pita bread-so yummy! Our mains were the ribeye and lobster spaghetti, so we shared and made our own surf and turf:) Honestly, everything sounded delicious so it was hard to decide, but we loved what we got. My husband’s steak was cooked to perfection, and I loved the red sauce with the lobster, surprisingly it did not overpower it. We also got the baklava dessert which was fantastic! And our server, Hope, made it perfect, she was constantly checking in to see if we needed anything, refilling drinks, but somehow doing it in an unobtrusive manner! What a great experience, would highly recommend this place👍“

“I truly don’t know how this place has a 3-star rating the food is soooo good and fresh!! It’s at one of those cloud kitchen locations so if customer service was an issue for anyone it isn’t a direct representation of the restaurant itself.

My food was made on time and delicious. It was so good I ordered just for me and my fiancé who’s very picky tried some of mine and went back and got some for himself! Lol“

“The all in one plate is my new favorite for lunch, each part was fantastic. Just tried their Greek coffee, it was delicious (I normally drink coffee or espresso black). This may need to get back on my weekly rotation! Pastitsio and stuffed peppers are both great but filling. Wish they offered a mini serving of their spicy feta, I can't justify ordering it when I am dining solo.“

“I placed a takeout order at the Fox Chapel (Pittsburgh) location on 3/29, around 5pm. I live in SE Virginia and my son’s father lives in Aspinwall, we were meeting 1/2 way in Maryland for spring break so I asked him if he’d pick up and take out order for me at the FC restaurant, and bring it with him and our son. (Nothing in my area compares to Aladdin’s!!). When I called, an amazing woman answered the phone, I asked ONLY if they could put the sauce on the side for my Shawarma so it wasn’t soggy 8 hours later when I’d be home to eat! Without second thought, she offered to make both of the Shawarma’s “deconstructed” with everything separate so I could “build” the wraps myself!! I also ordered the Dawali! When my ex handed me the bag and went to the cooler to get my food, I noticed what the crew had done…. They put everything in separate takeout containers and even wrote instructions on the Dawali container for me to heat, when I got home!! Everything was separate and the amount of extra time that was spent on the order was above and beyond!! It may seem simple, but for them to take the time and effort to make sure my food was just as good as it would have been if I ate in the store was really refreshing!! So THANK YOU to the Fox Chapel location for packing my order with such attention and my ex will be bringing a cooler with Shawarma’s and Diwali’s each time we meet in Maryland!!!“

“Food is great, always fresh. but staff can be very dismissive of guest asking questions to verify something on their order. I just ordered Carry out, which included 2 desserts and when I went to pick up I saw the employee grabbed a different item than I ordered. when I asked to confirm they just stapled the bag shut and tossed it onto the counter. I wouldn't normally complain but this is the 3rd time this particular employee has done something similar where my order ended up being incorrect. Unfortunately I don't know their name to call management“

“We are from out of town and needed to feed 16 people after our original plan fell through. I called and spoke to Jeremy and he was quick to accommodate. I have to say the service was impeccable and so was the food. Every one of our orders was perfectly prepared and delicious. Our server ( I’m sorry i don’t remember her name, but I’m sure she knows who we are talking about) was amazing and professional and never missed a beat! I would highly recommend this establishment !!
