“I know a lot of people have opinions on all things McDonald's included some just live for their French fries and some complain their order is never correct ... But I will definitely give them props on their sausage gravy I love it though I do admit I always have to order a extra order of gravy because what comes on biscuits is never quite enough. I will warn those who are not a fan of pepper this might not be to your liking but for us pepper lovers this is the one that being said this is try worthy“

“The manager Shae and her coworker Debbie went above and beyond beyond helping me with a door dash order that kept erroneously sending driver's without an actual order. They helped me fix the issue and quickly made a new order for me. Thank you both!“

“went through the drive thru and it everything was great. fast service my pretzel was fresh af the lady who took my order and helped me at the window was so friendly and sweet. napkins and mints in the bag my drink was made perfect. You all just made this preggo mom one happy lady.“

“Much improvement over this time last year. The store was on the verge of being shut down and it definitely should have been the employees were rude unprofessional management did nothing about it. Things have improved 75% and service comes with a smile now“

“I really don't eat a lot of fast food, maybe once every six months, but every time I do, McDonald's in Xenia, is always on top of it. The ice cream machine works here! The employees are speedy and efficient. They are always nice. My order is always correct. No complaints.“

“We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.“

“I enjoy five guys quite a bit. However, price can be a little bit steep at times. I went today because five guys is my feel good food. I'm having a rough day. I go to five guys but today was different in the restaurant and it was the cleanest restaurant I've been in in a very long time. The bathroom was immaculate and the customer service was excellent. I got my food at a timely manner and everything was hot and fresh. I will be returning soon. Thanks again five guys“

“Me and my husband eat here almost every Friday as our “date night”! Loaded tater bombs are my absolute favorite appetizer. We love the atmosphere and the staff is awesome! You can sit inside or outside when the weather is nice! It’s truly a hidden gem and I tell everyone I know about it.“
