And going through the drive-thru is definitely a treat for my baby JiYa. If you want to socialize they do have a window you can receive your dog's treat from. “This is the worst customer service of any Grater’s I have been to (Dayton and Columbus areas). The guy at the window was rude. My sundae was made incorrectly and when I requested they remake it the way I actually ordered it the server got an attitude. I would rather travel to Far Hill Ave location than ever return to the one in Beavercreek.“
