Called when they opened to get 8 people seated together, even at 2 separate tables and they would not accommodate us until 8pm. We took our business elsewhere.
I called with 3 hours notice and talked to the party coordinator to see if we could do a group of 14 for 630PM reservation. (We have done this several times for birthdays- my kids always request TR)
I realize 14 is quite a group but it’s a Wednesday night- not a weekend.
I even offered for us to split up between tables/booths as long as we could all be near each other.
They basically told me no. They don’t have servers who can do even two groups of 6 or 8…

We have been to this restaurant 4 times now thinking it was just a fluke bad experience each time. This evening we ordered take out. The order was scheduled to be picked up at 5:15 and was not ready until 5:45. We ordered extra dressing for the salad, and the 2 cups were less than 1/2 full. We ordered extra rolls (and paid for them) but didn’t receive the rolls that were supposed to come with the meals.
