Arby's in Zanesville

“Half of the time food/service is good, the other half is a different story. Order accuracy is a crap shoot. In fact the only thing consistent is the fact that it's going to be slow. Slower than any other location I've been too.
Milkshake machine is "down" every other time I go there. Sucks too, only live 2 miles away.
It's a toss up which is worse: the Wendy's or the Arby's at the Airport exit. Won't be back to either one of them.

I feel the need to ammend the review left previous. I have been coming back for about a year and must say that the service and the food has been top quality. I realize that our nature is often to complain quickly and loudly, but it's important to recognize a job well done too. Well done“

“Large free parking lot. Good staff. Food is okay too. But my grade is 4. There is a fifai but for some reason occasionally disappears. Inside comfortable sofas and chairs. Good pleasant colors of the room. You feel comfortable. I recommend to visit.“

“Had several call offs the last time we were there. Still my favorite fast food eat, but the poor manager was ready to pull her hair out. My sandwich got made incorrectly, but they were great about fixing it. They were very overwhelmed by the amount of customers to serve verses the number of staff members they had. Overall good experience and I appreciate the manager stepping up to fill gaps as needed to serve customers“
