“Kungfu Cowboy has THE BEST brisket in town! I love the mix of Tex-Asian flavors in all of their menu items! My favs are the brisket sandwich, brisket quesadilla and the pork belly bao buns. Oh, and their brisket mac and cheese on the weekends is yummy! I guess I actually just really like everything on their menu! It’s best to go early any day that they’re open because they often sell out. When I call ahead my order, it’s always ready when I get there. And the owner is friendly and personable, and everything looks very clean inside, and those things are just as important to me as the quality of the food. I highly recommend this food truck!“

He jumped in his personal vehicle and found the vehicle all while calling the police and coordinating with the caller that contacted the restaurant that gave a detailed description of the car.
