Barbeque Restaurants in Ardmore

“I did not really get a BBQ vibe from Swadley's. It felt more commercialized than a good BBQ spot. I ordered the Oklahoma Sampler with grewn beans and deviled egg potato salad. The food got the table quick, which, unfortunately, felt as maybe it was only sitting in a warmer or under a heat lamp. It was not very hot, yet not cold, so warm is the best description I can give. All the meats on the sampler were good, just needed to be a tad warmer. The Peach Cobbler was nice and hot (the hottest item in my order) with melted ice cream on top. I am not a big peach cobbler type of person, but it hit the spot after the platter I ate. May be worth yoir dip in to check it all out.“

“We ordered take out sliced brisket sandwiches today from the Ardmore location. Three sandwiches and 3 fries for $39.25! It was the most horrible meat we have ever gotten from there!! It was cut very thick and so tough we could hardly cut it with a knife much less chew it.!! Not to mention the large amount of fat!! All went in the trash!! Too many other bbq places in town ! Will spend our money elsewhere!!“
