“We've been fortunate to come here several times now and each time it's been a wonderful experience. Great service all around, the chicken is top notch, and the experience atmosphere is wonderful. We got out of our way from the southwest sides of OKC to come here for a great family time.Parking: Large parking lot with lots of spaceKid-friendliness: Many things for the kids to do and play“
“What a find!!!! We decided to drive to Edmond to try this place out and so glad we did. Everything was so so good and the plates are worth the money spent. You have plenty of food to fill you up. Will definitely be back!!!!! Definitely make a reservation because the place only has about 10 tables or so.“
“Great cafe for fried catfish, chicken fried chicken and shrimp. Loved the fried okra and creamy potato salad and the fries were cooked crispy. The staff were friendly and doing their best to get food to everyone especially on a Friday night despite the fact they super busy. I loved this place and will be recommending them to all my friends. ❤️“
“We were in Edmond for work and decided to visit here for dinner. The restaurant was about 10 minutes from our hotel. The food was very good - it did not take long for the order to come out and the food was fresh and hot. I had the cheese burger with fried okra. Highly recommend asking for a side of the mustard for the okra. It was a different combination that I enjoyed. This was also my first experience with whole fried okra. The homemade pickles were a bonus! My partner had the jalapeño burger with sweet potato fries. He enjoyed it as well. I tasted the fries, and they were delicious. Good value and quality for the price.“
“Visited Mirchi Joint recently and tried their Mix Chat and Chicken Biryani. The Mix Chat was delightful, bursting with flavors, but unfortunately, the Chicken Biryani fell short of expectations. It was a bit dry with a lack of spice kick, and the meat was also dry. However, the ambiance was pleasant, providing a good vibe, and the service was satisfactory.“
“Met the wife for lunch, this place never disappoints. Nothing fancy, just good, fresh food with a quickness!I had the burger basket special, kind of small but excellent flavor! The wife had the beef and bean burrito smothered with green chili gravy. Better be hungry for that bad boy!I'll be back.Check them out!“
“I hadn't been here in years. Best fresh vegetable selection and biscuit and a corn muffin. No waiting when I went in. Nice gift shop with a lot of old style candy and things to play with.Parking: When I went in on a weekday this had lots of free parkingKid-friendliness: They always have stuff for kids to do while waiting. Kids menu and kids friendly staff.“
“A small town breakfast and lunch diner. We ordered a cheese burger and onion burger and large fries. More than enough for two. Burgers were delicious and fries seemed to be hand cut. The restaurant has daily specials, and I will certainly eat here again. Service was spot on and friendly. Cost for food came to 16 bucks. Give it a try.“
“This is a family favorite and we never fight about where to eat as long as one is nearby. I always get the chopped and chipped nachos (pulled pork bbq nachos) for an appetizer or an entree. There are plenty of nachos for three people and they will probably fill you up before the main course arrives. Another favorite of mine is the bbq chicken salad. It is delicious and easy to transition to if you are like me and trying to eat more salads and less cheese burgers. I do wish I had the option of a steak. I have only found one location that had a steak on the menu.“
“Semper Fi is a fun place nestled in an RV park. I found the staff and guests easy to speak to and met a bunch of nice people.Over several days I sampled all of the offerings on their Old Fashioned menu. And, they were really good. The bartenders are really nice and do a great job.The food is typical small bar type menu.“
“Food was great and freash even tho it was close it closeing, i got the new sweet n spicy jalapeño buger and add grilled and raw onion, it was probably the best buger ive had in a long while, the side of onion rings i got was relly good as well and not the basic type i typically see.“
“I have never loved rotisserie chicken until I tried it from here. The chicken melts in your mouth and has just the right amount of seasoning. You can even watch the chickens rotate while you eat. The asides here are also super yummy! The macaroni and okra are to die for!“
“We absolutely love Eddies best part is Sunday brunch we have bragged on the chicken and waffles to everyone we know,Unfortunately we went this weekend and they changed them. They were still good but no comparison to what they were.i sure hope they change them back. So very sad about it but hey the breakfast quesadillas are still perfect.“
“I drive 10 minutes back to my wife’s office and the food was perfect and order was correct. Burger was still hot. The service in the drive thru was amazing. Had no issues being specific in my order. The spicy bacon pimento cheese burger is on spot. And I got the double.“
“This is a typical bar/grill kind of place. But this Edmond location has great service. Their pizzas are good and I love the prohibition burger. Be warned, however, if you get fries to go that they’ll probably be soggy from the styrofoam box. The condensation collects and falls on them. My son actually doesn’t eat the fries if we get them to go.Parking: There’s plenty of parking but it can be tight. It can be hard to exit the little strip mall as well.Kid-friendliness: It’s loud inside and you may wait a bit for your food, but the staff is nice and accommodating.“
“This place was so good I don't even know where to begin! The French fries were to die for, like seriously the best I've ever had! I had a patty melt that was well seasoned and the onions were caramelized to perfection. My kids had a grilled cheese and a blt. But the real stars of the trip were the shrimp! Oh man, absolutely delicious, I don't think I've ever seen my kids eat so much. For dessert we brought home a slice of their homemade carrot cake. It was fantastic. My kids really enjoyed their time at OTE and so did I!“
“I visit this Waffle House for some quick breakfast food. Surprisingly, my server and I shared the same name.... and there was another patron who shared our name. Is was sooo cool. The food was good and Sylvia provided the best smile and service. This kinda made my day.“
“POP's Arcadia, OkRoute 66 Arcadia, OklahomaAfter leaving Route 66 Chandler, Oklahoma, we knew we wanted to stop at Pop's Arcadia, Oklahoma. This was definitely a fun stop, and as you walk in, you see the numerous amounts of sodas that they sell. I'm a big root beer fan, so we bought a couple for the road. They also do have some great Souvenirs abd a small little diner inside. We were both a little hungry, so we decided to try them out. The Diner was busy, but we were seated right away. We took a glance at the menu, which offered several different types of selections from a breakfast menu, burgers, sandwiches, hotdogs, salads, and a dinner menu. They also offered a desert menu, along with shakes, malts, floats, and of course sodas.I asked what people like to order, and our waitress suggested I get the "Round Barn Burger" since it had a fried egg and bacon. This was served on a croissant. This was delicious, and the burger was nicely cooked and juicy. Chuck ordered the "Black Bean Burger Wrap." He said it was delicious and probably one of the best he has had. Our meals came with a side order. We both opted for the fried okra, which was nicely seasoned and fried nicely. We also ordered an appetizer, Pop's Sampler, which included Queso Fries, Fried Pickles, and Chicken Quesadilla. All the items were delicious. The staff were all great, friendly, and outgoing. The food came out quickly. The staff checked in on us frequently.Overall, we had a great experience here. This definitely is a great place to stop if you want a quick meal, grab some different types of sodas, buy souvenirs, gas up, or even just to rest. My only thing was, I just wished we were passing through during the evening to see the neon. There is always a next time“
