“Highly recommend signing up for their Caniac Rewards Club. If you go inside any location and ask for a card you will be able to register that card online and within several days they will notify you by email that you have a free combo meal available on your card. Plus they routinely do special drawings and give out free menu items from time to time.This particular location is always clean both inside and outside the restaurant. As soon as you walk inside the staff will immediately greet you upon entering and even when leaving. The staff are helpful and friendly, and are patient with us when we let them know we have rewards to redeem.Their food is actually pretty good, my wife loves their fries and their lemonade which we believe is made in house. Their chicken fingers are coated with a delicious crispy breading and are always served scolding hot. So don't take a bite immediately out of your chicken when you get it or you will burn yourself. But that's because it is cooked to order and is not kept under a hot light like several other restaurants do. It just goes to show how darn good their chicken fingers are when that is mainly all they have on their menu besides side dishes. One of their sides happens to be coleslaw, which I'm not particularly a fan of generally but I actually like Raising Cane's coleslaw.Inside the restaurant they include historical photos from the area in addition to various classic movie posters or pictures. They do a great job incorporating school spirit for the local college UCO into their decor. There has always been plenty of seating within the restaurant when we have visited, be that lunch or dinner.Oh and this is one of the few restaurants in town that stay open late, in regards to both inside dining and the drive through. A huge plus in a town where most places close by 9 or 10. The only real downside to this restaurant is that they only have two sauces and they charge per sauce cup. Other then that, we highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a good fast food chicken place.Parking: A large generally empty side parking lot is located near the drive through pickup windows.Wheelchair accessibility: Table heights are at an appropriate height for wheelchairs, seating can be moved around to accommodate for a wheelchair. A wheelchair ramp and entrance is located on the southwest corner of the building.“
“Last weekend there was a mixup in to go order. We ordered 30 piece to go, got home, 15 miles, to find out there were only 15 pieces. Josh (manager) made it more than right, went back today to get wings for ncaa men’s national championship. He was there, very friendly, his whole crew very courteous, friendly, and glad to see ya attitude. It’s rare in the food service industry these days. Go there, you’ll not be disappointed.“
“I wish I could rate the food but I was not provided any service. On 07-29-2023 @ 3pm I entered the KFC off 2nd in Edmond near OU Hospital. I first went to the men's room to wash up then proceeded to the counter. Two employees were talking and sweeping up with their backs facing me talking loudly about personal items while another employee was sitting at the table 6 feet behind me playing on his phone. I waited at the counter for a couple minutes and no one acknowledged that I was there. The employee behind me looked up at me but never said a word, did not bother to get the others attention, or even acknowledge I was present. He also watched me as I left and still did not speak up to try and keep me in the restaurant. Very Dissatisfied and dissappointed with the service at this KFC. I guess that is why they had no one else there, no customers. Lots of chicken pre made but no one to feed it to. I hope management or the owners read this review. If you want to make money, you need to change the culture in that restaurant! I went to Taco Bell next door and got waited on instantly... HUGE difference.08-13-2023: Update. I told KFC that I would update the google review if change was made to the restaurant. I have to say that after my complaint, corporate and store management, called quickly to resolve the issue. I was taken care of regarding my missed meal. And was impressed with their professionalism in handling a difficult situation. I hope this store continues to make improvements in customer service. “Amazing pizza and take and bake pizza. This little shop is not very old but ever since trying it once it has become a staple and we have them numerous times a month. Definitely a place I recommend everyone try. At this time they are having take and bake from the chicken shack next door.“
