“Nice quiet place to enjoy a refreshing meal. I ordered a scoop of their limited time Nashville Hot and then a scoop of fruity chicken salad with pineapple and grapes. Both were cool and flavorful. The meal came with crackers, a pickle slice, and a mini cookie (that was small but perfectly delicious). The restaurant wasn’t busy, so it was the perfect place to read a chapter of my book while enjoying the meal. Both young cashiers were courteous and kind, and the seating area and bathroom was clean.“

I wasn’t very excited about McAlister’s because I’d tried it twice at another location and didn’t like it, but this experience completely changed my mind. We didn’t realize the drive-thru is pickup only, and since our baby was asleep in the car, Betty kindly let us place our order at the window this time. They were also closing in about 20 minutes, and a lot of places probably would’ve turned us away, but she was incredibly accommodating. She recommended a few menu items, and they were all delicious. Great customer service, we’ll definitely be back!“
