“First time visiting Jake's Joint and boy was I impressed. My first visit I tried the special, Green Chili Pork and Rice, and it was fantastic. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and it was made from scratch. My next visit I had the Chicken Club Sandwich and it probably the best I've had. The french fries were great too, nice and crispy just the way I like them. The deserts were delicious, I had the try the sampler the first time so I could taste them all. My favorite was the cheesecake so I ordered that on my next visit. This is a hidden gem, off the beaten path, but well worth the visit. Keep up the great work. I'll definitely be back anytime I'm in the area.”

“My brother and I were looking for a good dessert 🍨 place. We searched on Google and found Jimmy Js. My brother ordered a vanilla shake and I ordered a Banana pudding Arctic freeze. It was awesome! Mine had bits of banana and vanilla wafers and I would definitely order it again. Next time we will try their burgers 🍔. “We are from Texas! My husband is working in the oil field and someone recommended Casey’s Catfish in Ardmore, Ok! This was the “ABSOLUTE BEST”, catfish we have ever ate! Trust me we have had A Lot of catfish living in Texas but hands down this is the BEST EVER! You must try the Tartar Sauce as well! ❤️ this place!”

“It was amazing!! This is our first visiting the area, the town and we were just wondering around the complex area and we were about to walk out until we saw this little Chinese place in a corner. We walked in and we're immediately seated by a kind man to a booth area. Our host speaks English, Mandarin and a little Spanish (we didn't know until he walked up to us and had a little chat with us) Such a kind man, there's restrooms and the areas pretty busy when we came in. Large selection of food (considered it's size) and it even had shrimp which our local buffet don't serve. The food was amazing, although I got a plate of shrimp and it was little salty BUT that's how you know they cooked it fresh. 5/5, kind server, good food, and good sitting options! For a table of 3, it was 43-45!”

“The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. I had ordered the chicken rice bowl but ended up getting the shrimp Rice bowl instead. I should have checked it before I left on a to-go order. I went back a second time and ordered their Texas bowl, it had multiple pieces of meat and it was really good... I actually prefer this one over the other one that I had.

However, the food is very good and quick. I enjoy that they have a salsa bar where you can help yourself to refills as well as chips and beverages. They have a very large menu and I did not realize they are a huge chain with multiple locations all over the United States.”

“We ordered take out sliced brisket sandwiches today from the Ardmore location. Three sandwiches and 3 fries for $39.25! It was the most horrible meat we have ever gotten from there!! It was cut very thick and so tough we could hardly cut it with a knife much less chew it.!! Not to mention the large amount of fat!! All went in the trash!! Too many other bbq places in town ! Will spend our money elsewhere!!”

He kept our tea glasses full and checked on us often. Our meal was excellent. Cooked to perfection. We had steak tips, fried shrimp, chicken fry, a steak and chicken strips all were so good. Over all a great experience. A waiter or waitress is a key person in weather or not your meal experience is a good one. Like I said Bobby is an asset to your establishment. We will be back soon.”

“Well I am elderly and I wanted good chicken I could have gone to KFC but I pick y'all because I wanted rice and beans went threw drive in window and placed my order I drove 30 miles round trip but got 2 sides of Mac and cheese and no rice and beans the main thing I wanted I spent $33.00 dollars for my family pack and the sides that I got would not have feed 3 people lots of chicken so I am really in happy with your chicken place and my main problems is it just seems like every time I go there they mess something up I do not recommend them anymore and I truly started being a customer of theirs back in the 70s in corpus Christi Texas my children and I would get chicken at least once a week I am done with bad service and the order never being right”

“Normally we have good experiences here, but since we got home last night I was nonstop throwing up and yeah it was not pretty so Me and my fiancé had to go to the hospital turns out it was food poisioning. The only thing we had that was the same was mac and cheese as well as the catfish. I’m starting to feel a bit better but fiancé isn’t doing too well. I do like this place I just hope it was a one time thing and whoever is back there cooking is washing their hands and taking proper care of the food that gets displayed”

“I would love that place if I always didn’t get bad experience when Gabrielle is working window, I had went through the drive-through and got my food like normal ordered my frappe with no whipped cream, and when she handed me my order, I had whipped cream on my frappe, so I asked her to take it off, and then I looked in my bag of food and realized my food was wrong so I had then told her the problem and asked if it could be fixed, which then she proceeds to roll her eyes at me and try to make an excuse on why the order was wrong and was just disrespectful. I will be talking to the gm bc it’s not just a bad night, it’s every time she works the window…”
