The food is always old and they get mad when you ask for fresh food and then have the nerve to attempt to be rude...Will give out dry hard fish that has been setting for more than an hour...When you ask for corprate number they will say they don't have one they...'they' the same ones being rude will handle the issue...Glad Golden Chick is now here. it's getting out of hand.
Twice in 4 months they left the sauce out of our order. The manager said the only thing they could do is have me drive back to the store. What about my cold food since you made me drive back for your mistake?? The only thing they could do ?? Very very bad management and service. They basically told me to go eat somewhere else. We can do that, no problem. Bad service and bad training/management is a good way to close your doors….forever !!!!
ordered 4 dinners from chicken express drove 20 mim home to find the chicken was slimey. I called and told them she said they will fix it but I have to go back tonight. I told her no mamm I will come tomorrow because i have had a long day at work and live 20 min away and that I will come for a replacement tomorrow. she said no our policy is you have to bring back the same day! really bad customer service.
