I'm recommending because wendy's is still my favorite fast food restaurant. However, I'm disappointed in my food today. My fries were room temperature. There was a very small piece of lettuce on my spicy chicken sandwich. And the chicken itself was smaller than the bun. The whole sandwich was barely hot through the wrapper. The restaurant had only been opened for 38 minutes.
Food was awful, I had a salad and baked potato, floors were filthy. Lettuce in salad was wilted and almost black hot chicken didn’t help the situation, potato was way cooked to mush.

Customer service is generally great, though there are occasional instances where employees at the drive-thru have a monotone voice. The food quality can vary, with some items being consistently hot and fresh, like the strawberry lemonade and double stack with bacon meal, while others, such as the cold fries, may disappoint. Customers often have to wait for their food after ordering, even when only getting one meal. Despite these inconsistencies, Wendy's remains a good choice for a quick and affordable meal option, especially if visited at less busy times.
