“I love Braums. I used to work for Braums in a different town and honestly the Ardmore store on Commerce St. The workers don't have any customer service experience I assume. Because the workers are rude at times. The manager has let his job give him an attitude. He looks mad all the time. Workers had dirty uniforms and aprons. Unappealing for food service
They need more training in customer service.“

“Our Sonic here is pretty good. Service is always pretty quick. I like the garlic butter burger better than the smash burger (which I tried today). I'm not much into the chain ff places, but I'm watching 5 grandkids tonight, so Sonic is it. Only issue was the fries were skimpy. Got 5 mediums and the none of the boxes were full. Heck, I didn't even get to charge the fry tax. Don't let that stop you though. Their burgers are alway hot and juicy.“

“Braums has the best ice-cream and frozen yogurt. Its too bad they are mostly located in Oklahoma. When I leave Oklahoma I miss it. When I return to Oklahoma, Braums is my very first stop.
Vegetarian options: Braums offers a variety of foods. You need to go inside and shop their food store as opposed to ordering from drive-thru window.
Kid-friendliness: Enough space to accommodate a family of 10+.
Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant access throughout the facility.“
