“This Braum's was, by far the best I've ever had, for as long as I can remember. Mighta been some when I was younger, but DAYUMMM! this place prolly woulda beat them. Now, I did just go through the drive-thru and order a #2 with bacon added and no tomato, but when I recieved it and opened that wrapper, it was like looking at a commercial hamburger. It wasn't sloppy with condiments and vegetables or the patty falling out of the bun. It was almost perfect. And the fries, well they were seasoned just right and fried just right. How's that you ask, well I don't know, but they were. If you're ever in Madill, OK stop by their local braum's and see if you have the same experience. Now mins you, I just went through the drive-thru so I don't know what the inside was like. And as always, this is just my opinion“

“All Oklahoma Sonics need a trailer lane like this one (and a few others). In addition to that convenience, this team actually builds a burger like you want to eat it, with the condiments and toppings spread properly so I don't have to reconstruct it!
Now, if they'll just get rid of those fancy pickle chunks and go back to plain, thin slices like they had for decades.“

“During my visit today several of the order boards were not working. The carhop was super sweet, took my order, apologized for inconvenience as they had a difficult customer at the window and was super short handed. Thank you to the staff that did show up for work. Your owners need to hire more help.“

“Great weekend service! The guy that took our order was polite and spot on with his customer service. He repeated my order after I ordered my food and got everything right. The girl that brought out our food was amazing also. She repeated my order back when she gave it to me. Then asked if need extra condiments and told me to have a good night. She was very polite and the whole experience made me want to come back. You guys did a fantastic job.“
