They forgot part of our order. I went back to get it, and they didn’t offer any refund of the item for having to drive back to get it. The cheese sticks are very bland, especially when they forget to give you the marinara sauce. The bbq chicken nuggets have very little chicken in them, mostly just fried breading. Not even worth the drive back for.They were polite, and did apologize, but the store needs a better policy for checking orders before sending them out and for reimbursing...read full review

So we stopped✋️ in for a refresher, fries, onion rings, and a root 44 mango-strawberry water. The fries were old, so we requested fresh fries, the car hop worried me at first because she said ,"let me ask my manager." The next thing you know, the manager comes out with fresh fries and says, with a smile, sorry about that, have a good day." ?. it was great. Thanks,.

Most of the stall screens are not working in Kingston and the assistant manager says the manager refuses to let them mark the stalls that do not work. At least 5 people pulled in while I was there and had to back out and find another stall with a working screen.
