Chicken Express offers great service with crispy, juicy, and fresh chicken. The menu has nice kid meal options and a spicy #1 with 2 sides. The restaurant is clean and updated, perfect for families. Customers appreciate the good portions for the price and find the food flavorful and fresh. The fried chicken and spicy tenders are popular choices, and the rolls are well-liked. The dining area is kept clean and welcoming. Some customers mention that service is friendly, though staff may not go out of their way to be overly friendly. There have been minor issues with gizzards, which some say could be pressure fried better, and occasionally, chicken strips may be undercooked. Despite these concerns, many find the overall experience positive and consistent. Chicken Express remains a good spot for a quick, tasty meal that offers value for families and individuals alike.
