“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! It would really well!“

“We went tonight got our 48th Anniversary. I had pecan crusted Salmon with fresh steamed vegetables, my husband had the lasagna. Both meals were perfect. Delicious. “I have never left a review for a restaurant before but I felt I needed to for the experience i recieved from the staff behind the scene of this establishment. Zay, our server was so on point with her service and attentiveness that my wife compared her to her own servers at the extremely high end and affluent restaurant she works at now. We had a bad experience at an Applebee's the night prior and the difference in quality of food and service shocked both of us to our core! Zay! If you are reading this, you deserve a promotion for how well you handled a busy night shift that night. Me and and my wife were so blown away by your outstanding timing in regards to our food and immediate needs, such as refilling our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed even as I continually got more Gnocchi soup. Super nice and welcoming staff, amazing service, my water was never empty, the food is exceptional and worth the price and the waitress talked about dogs with me and by golly she won me over!!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will always recommend! “My wife and I went there for our anniversary. The atmosphere was really good. Loved hearing Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra playing while we ate. Our server, Chase, was very friendly, very attending. He even gave us a free cheesecake of our choice when finding out it was our anniversary. The only flaw was the taste my wifes fettuccini alfredo on the Tour of Venice was flat tasting. Everything else was delicious. I had the veal cacciatore and it was outstanding. Let me tell you that you get your moneys worth on the portions as well. So much food! We will go back again. “I went there after a funeral of my sister-in-law. I was hoping for a nice calm dinner. Instead I got a rush job of get the hell out of here.
I used to go to the Olive Gardens in Colorado, due to I was a field tech for computer systems. Though I could complain to the manager in person, I never needed to.
Here in the OKC metro, all of the OG's have an attitude of hurry up and get the F$&#k out of here. Kinda of a real bummer for wanting a old fashioned dinner in an Italian restaurant..“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place! I actually called in an order thinking I was calling a different pizza shop much closer to my house—but they’re 25 minutes away. Instead of canceling or complaining, they went out of their way to deliver anyway. The delivery driver was friendly and right on time, despite the extra distance. The food itself was excellent— still hot, fresh, and delicious. The calzone had a great crust with just the right amount of toppings, and the salad and grinder we ordered were perfect too. It’s rare to find service this accommodating these days. They turned what could have been an awkward situation into a really positive experience. I’ll absolutely be ordering from them again (on purpose this time !) for pickup. Highly recommended for both the quality of the food and the outstanding customer service!“

“While I love Olive Garden, the restaurant smells like rot every time I walk in. The carpets are filthy and they need to be replaced. The base boards are dirty, the chair need to be cleaned. The place needs to close a few days and do a deep through clean. Bathrooms are dirty also“

“This particular location is one my son and I go to when he is not in school or I go to for lunch. The daytime weekday manager has been there for 15 years I believe he said when I asked him. I just know I have seen him for over 10 years since living on this side of town. He and his staff are always awesome. He knows us so well that he knows my son wants a soft drink and I want water and we want a pepperoni pizza deep pan as a request to be made for the buffet. We eat our salads in the meantime. Nothing beats a fresh deep pan pizza right out of the oven. The salad bar is always stocked and clean. They always have two diff type of shows to watch on the two tv's they have in there and every once in awhile music playing. The restaurant is clean inside. You can tell they don't mind coming to work unlike other locations. The Edmond one my son and I went to ONCE after some Karen like manager lady said they don't do any deep pan/request for the buffet. Basically you get what you get. We have never been back. So many other locations other than that one in Edmond. If you can't make it to the one near 122nd and Penn go to the NW 23rd one. That was my alternate when I worked on that side of town and great staff and Managers as well as your request are very much welcome.“

“My husband and I go to Flip's about once a week. I love the chicken Parmesan and he can pick from a variety. His favorite may be the Mediterranean Salad, but the beef lasagna isn't far behind. We love the Italian Creme Cake!!! The staff is friendly and professional every time.“
