“Came into Okcity to go to Factory Obscura & drove @ 24 miles round trip out of way to eat here. Had only had it one other time in Oklahoma City and once in Joplin but really enjoyed it. It was late lunch time so not many people there and we were starving. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! It would really well!“

“My wife and I been to Patrono's numerous times and the food and service have always been excellent. Last night we were seated next to a very large group of business people. The restaurant was otherwise empty so I went to the manager Shannon and asked him if would be possible to move us. He seemed perturbed about it but we were moved. There was no other interaction with Shannon the rest of the evening. Even though he went several times to other tables next to us to check on them he did not even once ask us if everything was ok. It really made us feel very uncomfortable. Enough to the point that my wife wants to curtail our visits ( we travel 90 miles to go ) for awhile. Courtesy doesn't cost anything!!“

“My wife and I went there for our anniversary. The atmosphere was really good. Loved hearing Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra playing while we ate. Our server, Chase, was very friendly, very attending. He even gave us a free cheesecake of our choice when finding out it was our anniversary. The only flaw was the taste my wifes fettuccini alfredo on the Tour of Venice was flat tasting. Everything else was delicious. I had the veal cacciatore and it was outstanding. Let me tell you that you get your moneys worth on the portions as well. So much food! We will go back again. Highly recommend.“

“Food was decent! We got the lasagna and the Johnny's Favorite pizza in a regular which was around $20 the large was $33 ans after having the pizza the price js well worth it! I've had many many suprime pizzas and this one has been my favorite by a LONG SHOT, it has so many toppings but it's not overbearing, no one toping overpowers the other, they all blend perfectly. The pizzas are also cooked via a brick oven so the pizza had a WONDERFUL crunchy but not burnt crust. The dough is also amazing. When we sat our server was quick to get with us and get our drinks, we both got sweet tea and it was a pretty good sweet tea (I ended up getting 3 refills and one to go XD). My dad got the lasagna and it's was okay, was not the worst I've had but I've had better, the pizza is really what stands out the most. We also got a small side of mozzarella sticks and they where decent, I've had waaayyyy worse mozzarella sticks (cough cough chilli's) they aren't huge and ours where fried perfectly, the crust wasn't to thick or to thin, they just lacked a little flavor which might be because I don't eat them with marinara sauce, dad says the marinara sauce really good so I'm sure they would have been better with the sauce (I'm just not a fan of eating my mozzarella sticks with sauce). Over all really good and will be coming back for sure, worth the money if you are able to spend a little extra.

With that being said, where could be a more perfect place for happy hour than an Italian Restaurant and Bar? The Pepperoni Grill is the absolute best place to celebrate special occasions. My friend Jeanne was celebrating her belated birthday, buying a new house, and my retirement. We decided to make it a triple celebration for all three events. She started off this festive time with happy hour white sangria. A white sangria? Where had I been – I didn’t know they existed! Jeannie described the drink as fruity with a citrus finish. “Somewhat like a mimosa,” she explained to me. I went for the happy hour merlot. The bottle was called "The Happy Camper." I was definitely a happy camper from my very first sip! The half-price bruschetta was a buttery Italian chef-d'oeuvre. I do believe it was the best bruschetta I had ever eaten. This dish was so artfully presented I had to take more than one picture to capture the beauty of this food. Half-price Italian Nachos were also offered during happy hour. Warning if you are expecting traditional Mexican nachos, these are not the dish for you. They were loaded with pepperonis rather than hamburger meat and tasted like something right out of an Italian restaurant in New York. Happy Hour is Monday – Friday between 3 PM and 6 PM. Next time I am going to try their sip & savor. The Sip and Savor includes a bottle of house wine and a Margherita pizza for only $25.00. Next time you want to feel swept away by the magic of food and conversation, head on over to Happy Hour at Pepperoni Grill and celebrate life.“

“This is a long post.
Friday, I ordered soup, salad, and breadsticks to go. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:25pm. The order finally was brought curbside a 5:42pm.
Once we got the order home, the soup was not even a little bit warm. The salad was brown (a few pictures included), and the breadsticks were hard, and a couple were overdone at the ends.

I received an email to 'give feedback' on my recent order. I filled out the form and included an email address, phone number, and details. That was Friday night.

Tonight, MUCH to my surprise, I received an email back from that location. We have been given a gift card to 'redo' our dinner night.

Now, that doesn't 'fix' our yucky dinner from Friday, but it absolutely makes up for it. I will always support a business or company that fixes their 'wrongs'.

Thank you, Olive Garden, and your management team for taking the time to read the feedback and making it 'right'. We are excited to see you all again

“It’s always been good service when I’ve tried“

“Had a great dinner date with my husband here. I had the prosciutto wrapped asparagus and he had a Greek salad for appetizers. We both requested cauliflower crust pizzas, and the crust was delicious and crispy. I highly recommend the flying pig. The chicken is super tender and the sauce is delicious! Hubs got the Italian Tony and said it was great. The only thing that detracted from our experience was that the tables are crammed very closely together and the noise level is high. Our server, Jacobee, was fantastic“

“This particular location is one my son and I go to when he is not in school or I go to for lunch. The daytime weekday manager has been there for 15 years I believe he said when I asked him. I just know I have seen him for over 10 years since living on this side of town. He and his staff are always awesome. He knows us so well that he knows my son wants a soft drink and I want water and we want a pepperoni pizza deep pan as a request to be made for the buffet. We eat our salads in the meantime. Nothing beats a fresh deep pan pizza right out of the oven. The salad bar is always stocked and clean. They always have two diff type of shows to watch on the two tv's they have in there and every once in awhile music playing. The restaurant is clean inside. You can tell they don't mind coming to work unlike other locations. The Edmond one my son and I went to ONCE after some Karen like manager lady said they don't do any deep pan/request for the buffet. Basically you get what you get. We have never been back. So many other locations other than that one in Edmond. If you can't make it to the one near 122nd and Penn go to the NW 23rd one. That was my alternate when I worked on that side of town and great staff and Managers as well as your request are very much welcome.“
