Last visit was unsatisfactory. Took 26 minutes to get custard orders, no apology for delay except minor grunting. Manager was AWOL. When they go out of business they will blame Covid. More likely just a case of lazy. Very sad.
Love Bixby Freddy’s! Staff is great as well as food! It’s always fresh and hot.
