It's huge, loaded with their Berry Blend (in the blend is Acai, strawberries, blueberries, dark sweet cherries, banana, unsweetened almond milk and almond butter) over homemade granola (rolled oats baked with agave and olive oil) and then topped with fresh blueberries, banana slices, cashews, almonds slices, sunflower seeds and raw local honey! So nutty and dairy free and refined sugar free! It's deliciousness in a bowl. Fills me up every time.“
“Kid-friendliness: I cannot say enough good things about Rainbow Bowls. I sometimes would stop after tutoring to reward my son for his hard work. My three young boys can be a handful, but the owners make them feel so special. They are so kind and genuine that this has become their favorite place for a treat. My son has a gluten allergy and I feel at ease knowing he will have a safe and healthy snack. A wonderful treat for us all. They not only love the rainbow bowls, but they also love all the items for sale! My boys save their allowance and look forward to purchase something like a snake ring or another accessory. Our server was very kind and the decor inside is cool, I'm sure it's a very fun place at night. My wife got hard shell Shredded beef tacos and I got ribeye and shrimp fajitas. The fajitas were very flavorful but for 22$ you're getting 5 shrimp and about 9 pieces of steak, it was very flavorful but I'd appreciate more meat for the price. My wife's tacos were flavorful but a little dry and one of the 3 tacos only had meat on one side, so half a taco was just shell and cheese. The chips and salsa are delicious, and while there were some disappointing factors we enjoyed our meal. Very excited to come back and try new things and hopefully edit my review to a 5 :)EDIT: came back and it's easy 5 stars for us now. The vampire birria tacos are an explosion of flavor, you almost don't even need the consume that's how good it is. I thought my wife's tacos were okay but she absolutely loved them. “I absolutely love this bakery. A couple years ago I was around 14 years old and I went in with my ice skates on because I was coming from a competition. When I went in the owner was there, she was so happy to see me and she gave me a free cupcake. This was actually one of the highlights of my life and it’s stuck with me ever since it happened. I went there yesterday and got a cupcake and it was just as I remembered, perfectly whipped icing, soft pillowing and moist cupcakes, and all the flavors are amazing.“

The Danish was soft and tasty, the almond croissant yummy, and the cupcakes wow the strawberry was my favorite, but the vanilla and bridal cake were delicious too. I normally (and sadly) can taste the box/premix flavor in most of the pastries... but not in Laurannae! Every taste is amazing and homemade but luxurious on the exterior. I am definitely getting my birthday cake and visiting very often now that I find them.I only have 2 tips I would like to share... first, in those bakeries I was referring to, when they keep everything in the fridge but warm them before serving it, if you take to go, they give you instructions on how to warm it, or how long to keep it in a room temperature so you enjoy it even better.And second, I witnessed how the girl that was in the register used her finger to stand a piece of cheesecake that had fallen on its side. In general, she didn't use any kind of glove, paper or tongs to grab, move or place around or in the box any of the pastries. So I would recommend to please use something so the people handling the food is not touching it with their bare hands... I know it is a busy place, but it is just hygiene :)“

“A snow-cone stand? I had not seen one in a very long time, in fact the last time I saw one was at a carnival in California a few years ago. I am not from Oklahoma but I came on vacation and looking at homes to rent/buy because I plan on moving out here eventually. My amazing hotel was nearby and when I walked to nearby Casey's, I saw the stand. I actually saw the stand 3 years ago but it was under a different name though I can't really recall what the name was(I could be wrong though). This time around I decided to give it a try, the weather was hot and humid, I can't believe how hot it gets in Oklahoma and I wanted something to cool off. The first time I arrived it was too early, wasn't open yet. Second time I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they will be back in 15 minutes. I came back an hour later and still wasn't open :( After that I was a little busy sightseeing and never got around to coming back to try one. Although I didn't get to experience what a snow cone from Josh's would be like, it's ok. My review still stands as 5 stars because I know in my heart it would have been an amazing snow-cone. The menu is cute and the flavors sound great and it seems like such a great experience to just come by, sit on the bench outside and enjoy a snow-cone. I do plan on coming back to Oklahoma again soon, maybe permanently one day so I am undeterred, I will not give up and try and get a nice refreshment from here! Thank you!“
“I lived in China for 15 years and the only authentic Chinese restaurant I know of in Tulsa is Mandarin Taste. They have actual Chinese cooks cooking the dishes from raw ingredients just like in China. I know it costs a little more and takes little longer but it is worth the cost/wait since you are getting real thing and NOT frozen entrees warmed up in the microwave. My server was bilingual and let me practice my bu hao putonghua. MT is a precious cross cultural experience worth traveling to visit. Has been in the same South Tulsa location since at least the 1990s, and they have a second location cost to downtown tulsa, which speaks to the quality of the food and service. The free bruschetta appetizer is truly the best around. The lasagna is very good, and the Asparagus is always prepared perfectly. Low lit dining room with VERY comfortable booths that are more like a high back sofa, which is perfect for a relaxing meal. Relatively quiet dining room, even when crowded, so you can have a close conversation without yelling. Great for a romantic date night or special occasion. If you have not tried this restaurant, I would highly recommend you do so.“

Even though I went on a one-month trip, once I got a taste of their food, I instantly lightened up because everything is so refreshing along with flavorful cuisines. Let me get started with the most mouthwatering dishes I have ever tasted before; the sesame Chicken, the tenderly seasoning just explodes the most unimaginable taste in my mouth. However, I can’t ever go without ordering the appetizers, while sometimes I like to switch between all the choices. Additionally, the “hot and sour soup” melts into my mouth so scrumptiously that I also remember to order two bowls each time I visit. The service was great and the small Chicken Fiesta sandwich and drink hit the spot. They offer an Udi's gluten-free bun, which makes a huge difference since I'm intolerant. Overall, the menu offers all sorts of sandwiches including a vegan option which is nice. Each selection notes the amount of calories. “Update Review: I ordered the double smoked bacon brisket burger for lunch. through doordash. It has bbq sauce , bacon, brisket, aged cheddar cheese, crinkle cut pickles, and two beef patties. This is the 2nd time I've had it, and both times, it's been great. The first time I forgot to review, but it was fantastic. It had the perfect amount of sauce, and all ingredients worked together perfectly. This time wasn't as good, because they forgot the bbq sauce, but everything else was very flavorful, juicy and tender. I've tried at least 4 different burgers and 1 chicken sandwich and they have all been delicious. Still my favorite burger place in Tulsa.“
“We've been going to Pei Wei for years but the last few years their food and menu have gone under some changes and since I have not been too impressed. But today's visit to this location was surprisedly good. Everything was what Pei Wei used to be. Plus we had excellent service which can be rare today at fast food restaurants. The staff was especially attentive at this location, even coming by our table asking how everything was going. Another thing we noticed is many restaurants tend to struggle with keeping the dining area ready for new diners, but that was not a problem at this location. All tables were quickly cleared and cleaned and ready. All of this during the lunch rush. Impressed.“
