“It's very hard to find a good subway today that doesn't gross you out.
This place is great, the veggies are nice and crunchy. They taste very good. The last two sandwiches I've gotten from here had ham on it. It was a very tasty ham. All the sandwhichs we got were nicely put together. Not messy looking at all.
I'm glad we found a Subway that delivers great tasting sandwiches. We will be back for more.“

“Nicest people! There was a lady in front of us arguing about the price of her sandwich for like 20 minutes. The employees were so kind and patient with her through all the nonsense. They kept apologizing even though there was nothing for them to apologize for. We have been coming here for years. The food is always great.“

“I'm in the hospital and door dashed Jersey Mike's, Keegan picked up the phone and helped me out by doing a little extra for my order. The door dash driver dropped it off in the wrong spot but when I finally got my food my mood totally changed! I want to say thank you to Keegan, Ozzi, Lynn and Lexi for the extra gifts and notes you guys gave me! By far my best experience with this company and I eat here A LOT.“

“I've never met a person that doesn't like Schlotzsky's sandwiches. It's a different kind of sandwich, that is simply delicious!!! The bread, alone, is one of the best parts!!!“
“You won't find a sandwich like this in the Tulsa area. The roll was incredible, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ingredients tasted so fresh. I ordered some kind of meatball sandwich and ordered it spicy. Very fresh and tasty.“

“We have eaten at this Schlotzsky’s Deli a few times in the past month. I am gluten free and was very happy to find they have great gluten free buns and pizza crust!! Plus, the service here is outstanding! I ate recently at a Schlotzsky’s in north west Arkansas and was greatly disappointed in both their quality of my sandwich and their service. I know that I was expecting the same great quality and service that the Memorial Drive Schlotzsky’s offers! So a hands up to this one!!“

“I like how attentive to detail they were when they made the subs I was ordering. Two of the subs were for my coworkers and I felt like I was being too fussy but they made them exactly as I asked and did it with smiles on their faces. The whole place including the restroom was clean. The clerks didn't just say Welcome In but really made me feel welcome the whole time I was there. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, everyone there had a good attitude.“

“I would expect this place to be hopping with business, but every time I come in, near empty house! Let’s do what we can to keep this place in business! Great food and you spend about the same price as you would at a Subway. And the guy who runs the place and his staff are fast, efficient, and very friendly. I love this place and would love to see business pick up here.“

“I've been going into the 81st and Lewis / City Plex location every Thursday for the past 7-8 months. It's become a ritual and my favorite part of my weekly appointments in the building. I worked in club/restaurant management for 20+ years and I am consistently impressed with this store. The staff is always happy, friendly and moving with a purpose but never appear panicked. The delicious food is always well prepared with fresh ingredients in an amazingly clean kitchen. The dining area is always spotless...Even the floor drain under the ice machine appears clean enough to drink from. I usually go in during morning hours, but have been in a few times in the late afternoon with the same perfect results. I often recommend this restaurant to others who I encounter in the building and I strongly encourage Subway to look at this location as an example for other locations to follow.

“The app is absolutely garbage, it glitched and sent my pickup order to a location in a different state. The cashier at mall was super nice, and he helped me try and figure out away to cancel or change the order. When we both couldn’t figure it out, he gave me my order. The other employees were also helpful and kind even despite the language barrier. Everyone that was working 5/3/2025 at 5pm deserves a raise, and the company should invest in a phone number for costumer service and better app.“

“Great little Subway situated in the heart of Broken Arrow, Tulsa. Plenty of seating available, plenty of parking available.
Service was exvellent served on time and efficiently. Sandwich was fresh m tasty at a reasonable price. Bathrooms were clean and tidy.“

“They have the best tasting bread, and it is super soft. I always order the ultimate club with honey mustard. The bread Is always fresh, everything just hits the tastbuds just right. I sometimes order the meatball sub with ranch. I am not really a fan of meatballs. This sandwich is awesome, for someone who is not crazy about meatballs, I will continue to order the sandwich again and again I would recommend this place everytime. compare to subway, jimmy John's this place rocks!“
