“Loaded baked potato with burnt ends. Probably more than one order of burnt ends because they serve them until they run out and I got the last served. I have never had burnt ends as a meal before. The baked potato could have been softer. Burnt ends were RICH and I could not eat more than 1/2 serving of both tater and beef. Ate the rest the next day after rewarding in microwave. I wish I could have picked my own burnt ends sauce because the next day I preferred the spicier sauce.“

“I loved the Burnt Ends and Mac and Cheese plate from the bar menu. It was a very big space, not very cozy but kind of loud. You’re not sure what to do when you walk in, be seated, wait to be seated? Turns out there is an area in the back to walk up and place your order and there was nobody to direct us. So felt lost at first. The gentleman that took our order was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different meats and how they are cooked. He let us sample the burnt ends and told us how they smoke them. They are amazing! So much flavor!!! We wanted a beer and to my disappointment, no Bud or Bud Light!?!? I ordered a PBR Lite, never had one, it was a draw, which I love, but I found out that I do might like PBR LOL! It was not very cold so that helped not liking it. The price was outrageous! 2 beers, 1 dinner and 1 bar menu, smaller portion dinner…a whopping, $55, not including Tip! It was good, the portions were good, but still not worth 60 bucks. All in all, I loved the food, not the price so much🤷🏼‍♀️“

“We dined in last night and our experience could not have been finer! We had a bit of a mishap at our table that ruined a third of our order. Manager came right out replaced our entire table order. No questions asked. I’m getting old and Service like this is so rare nowadays! The young man who waited our table was very polite and smiling and that too is so nice to see! I placed a to-go order through the RibCrib app for a Santa Fe Spud from the 81st & Yale location, and everything went perfectly. The ordering process on the app was smooth and user-friendly. I arrived a little earlier than the estimated pickup time, but my order was already close to being done—no long wait!

The Santa Fe Spud was hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. The smoked chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. It was the perfect comfort food after a long day.

The staff was friendly and had my order bagged up and ready as soon as it was finished. Super convenient and everything was just as I ordered it. I’ll definitely be using the app again for future takeout—great option when you’re short on time but still want a hearty, satisfying meal. “We had an awesome experience at Longhorn Restaurant on E. 71st Tulsa on July 5 2025.

I want to give a glowing review for CARL, the manager at Longhorn Steakhouse.

Background story: My son was diagnosed with severe life threatening food allergies to peanut, egg, and tree nuts when he was 18 mos old. He went into anaphylactic shock necessitating a trip to the ER, when I fed him Chinese food at a restaurant. Ever since then, we always brought his food when we go out to eat cause of potential cross contamination.

He is now 13 y/o and today was his first time eating restaurant food. Carl, was so kind, accommodating, attentive and genuinely cared when answering all our questions (UNLIKE John, the general manager at Texas de Brazil in Tulsa -refer to my other review.)

Carl told us that they cook food on a separate pan with separate cooking utensils on a separate grill for their guests with food allergies and that they also have food allergy menu. Let me tell you...seeing my son happy, loving, and enjoying eating the sirloin steak and bake potato, really melted my heart. Praise God that he blessed us with people like Carl and our waitress, Destiny, who both really made this day special for my son. Customer service was phenomenal and food was delicious! Our steaks (husband and I) were juicy and tender. The icing on the cake was when Carl, out of the kindness of his heart, gave my son a company rubber bracelet, company pen, and $10 GC to commemorate the day. We will forever be patrons of this restaurant.“
