McDonald's is a well-managed shop with friendly staff who are patient with customers. This McDonald's in particular is very clean and professional. While some orders may be mixed up or made twice, the employees are nice about it. Customers appreciate the large portion sizes, like the double basket of fries. Some find the Spanish music too loud. The caramel frappes are a favorite. Ordering through the app can sometimes be slow at the drive-thru pickup window. Overall, McDonald's offers a positive experience with room for improvement in speed and accuracy of orders.
