“I called the store because I was having a big group and they were coming about an hour and half after the buffet was over. The owner called me and she was very helpful. We had our group come in about 37 of us and let me tell you they work so fast and we all had the food in a good timely manner. We all ate and had plenty. The manager/ owner was very nice and very helpful. We are very pleased and will definitely come back“

I ended up having to place two separate orders and then continued to have issues using my credit card. He was very understanding and took care of us. This was my first time purchasing pizza at Marco’s, and it was a wonderful experience. We will be back because of the customer service at the Durant location.“

It would be nice if they would be open 24 hours. There are quite a few people that live here that do shift work that work late at night and there's only one option in this town and that's Wait-a-burger after 10:00 p.m. That gets old..“

“While my carryout order was ready right on time and correct, the dough on 2 of my 3 pizzas was very tough and hard to chew. The 3rd one was okay after reheating in microwave wave. Reheating didn't help the other two.“
