“Our first time in, but it will definitely not be the last!! We both got the prime rib burger.🍔😋 I got a side of onion rings, and he opted for the cheese curds, which were absolutely delicious!!! (I'll be getting them next time. Lol)
The staff was very friendly, and we even had one of them ask if he wanted caramel sauce to dip his cheese curds in. Lol. He's not a dipper, like at all! She kept saying how good it was, and he just kept shaking his head. She then asked if he wanted ranch to do them in. Lol. Again, no thank you, I don't need any dip!🤣😂 I mean, if it were mine, I believe I would've had to at least try the caramel sauce just because it sounds soooooo crazy! 🤷🏽‍♀️😅
All in all, the food was delicious, the service was great, and we will definitely be back!!“

“I wish this allowed for stars and not just "recommend" and "not recommend." I chose the recommend option because it is still a good place but I've been super disappointed the last couple times I've gone/attempted to go. The last time I went in, the ice cream was visibly soft. I tried a couple samples and it was more foam than ice cream. I like frozen solid ice cream. My husband got some but I passed. It was summer and I have worked in ice cream stores before so I chalked it up to the heat coming in and said I'd give it another chance. The past two times (tonight included) that I've tried going, there's no parking. Between the surrounding buildings and hotel parking/valet, there's no space for customers. I give up. They are good but not park and walk a mile away good. I miss the Boxyard location. (And no, I don't go to to BA so I don't go to that location.) 4/5 stars for quality and flavors. 1/5 stars for ease/convenience and location.“

“They always serve me very well and the flavored soft drinks are the best and my favorite is the Jamaican soft drink, they have to try it, they will love it with the tostito nachos with corn and sauces, the customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is nice and clean.“

“Clean and good atmosphere. Clerks are pretty cool and don't bother you with just browsing for what you and are on time and patient especially Sally at the counter. When you have an order they're prompt and execute with authority and precision. They're burgers are fire and they're shakes kn point. Look for a deal at the grocery section while waiting for your meal or going out the door. They got some really good muffins. And they fresh! 👍“

“Went to the new Broken Arrow shop. It wasn’t at all busy so I hope their business picks up soon. The owners daughter was a delight! She was very pleasant and helpful . It was our first visit there and she took the time to describe flavors , offered samples to try and gave suggestions on flavor combos. So delicious...And so many great flavors to try!!! We will definitely be back again“

“Does a good job but have had the wrong order a few times. I don't care for tomatoes or the shredded lettuce on my burger. Been in there enough most the cashiers know my order when I walk in. Just on occasion the cook doesn't make it right. Usually on a Wednesday night when they are busy around 9pm. All in all still taste good, just have to scrape of lettuce and tomatoes.“

“We stumbled upon this place by sheer accident after leaving a video game shop across the street. Trying to navigate our way over, we somehow ended up in the Olive Garden parking lot. It was blazing hot, and thinking clearly wasn’t really an option—so we just parked there anyway.

The moment I walked in, I could tell this place had a strong following. The walls were covered in sticky notes left by customers from all over. But despite the colorful decor, the atmosphere felt lifeless. The place was almost empty—just us and two other people—and it was eerily quiet. The girl at the counter didn’t look happy, excited, or even remotely welcoming.

Let me pause here to bring up something that’s getting out of hand. Traditionally, gratuity was reserved for establishments that offered table service. These days? Every business expects—no, demands—a tip, regardless of the service quality. It's hard to justify tipping when you're met with bland, uninterested service. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this girl made zero effort. Then she had the nerve to give me a cold stare when it came time to sign the receipt, as if daring me not to tip. Sorry, not happening. You took my order and my money like a robot—no smile, no warmth.

Is this what the “cool” kids do now? Because it reminds me of my own teenagers.

Still, we stayed to see how The Freezing Cow makes their ice cream. Watching the process was interesting, and I enjoyed the final product. But I just couldn’t get past the cold welcome. I genuinely hope this was just a bad day for the employee, and not the norm.“
