My family moved to Chelsea a few years ago, and we had Googled places to eat when we came to visit. The food looked fantastic online, so we had to give it a try. Let's just say it didn't disappoint. The pork ribs were on point, no need for sauce. Meat fell right off the bone. We tried the mac n cheese topped with brisket. The Mac was cooked perfectly, and the brisket had great flavor. Great ribs. Sides ok - but so very important for a bbq place ! When a customer orders a slab - add more than one piece of bread please. The beans could use more meat / onions, and sauce. (Like a "cowboy" bean) Potato salad needs something "fresh" in it - and perhaps some mustard to "brighten"it up. Again - well smoked meats - could really use a bit more thought to the sides. Overall - good food.
