“When I walked in at 1:30 today, the short, dark haired lady with glasses who was working the register immediately looked at the clock on the wall. Then the waitress immediately told us that they close at 2:00, which we already knew. We placed our order and as we finished eating at 1:50, they started vacuuming 2 booths away, which made it difficult to carry on a conversation with a friend at the table next to us. How can you be so rude to your customers and make them feel so unwelcome? If your staff wants to be out of there at 2:00 sharp, maybe they should lock the doors at 1:30. Next time I’ll go to Dixie diner.”

“Me and mother came into eat some lunch got to the counter and placed our order 2 burgers and fries with 2 waters. We sat down waiting on our food for over 37mins and it finally came out. Fires cold burger cold and every employee just standing around lik3 really $22.67 and food was cold and no customer service no wonder that's why we haven't been back and won't be back it's horrible”

“We’ve dined here a few times, and the food is delicious for the most part, but mine has been too salty. I love salt, so if it’s salty for me, I can’t imagine how lip-puckering it might be for a non-salt lover. Both times I had the fajita chicken and the queso blanco, so if they could dial back the salt on these, they’d get 5 stars from me.”

This is the place to come. BTW Friday's is all you can eat FISH. and they are open till 8p.m. on Fridays. come judge for yourself. Fred's is the place.”

“This location was a little less than. The floors were sticky and the service was not great. They were slow and seemed to struggle to get my order to me. On the plus side, the staff were all very nice.”

“My brother recommended this place because he said the coffee quality stays consistent, and after finally trying it I understand why. I visited around 5 PM and ordered an iced americano with chicken pasta. The coffee had a smooth flavor without tasting burnt or bitter. Pasta portion was decent for the price too. Parking nearby was frustrating because the street was crowded, though once inside the calm atmosphere made up for it. Staff stayed friendly even while dealing with several large takeaway orders during the evening rush.”

“While at dinner, I was extremely impressed with Assistant Manager Delantae. We came during a pretty busy dinner rush and I was stunned by his communicating skills while directing his dinner staff. He was very vocal in his communication and was direct, however he found certain times to add some fun to the mix. He was in complete control of the restaurants, even finding time to come out to the lobby to make sure the trash was taken out. Being completely honest if he wanted to he could direct a fine dinning kitchen. Braums! I highly recommend giving him a raise or a promotion because talent like that is easy to lose. Absolutely fantastic work!”
