This is our favorite place to eat Creole food! BEST Boudin Balls EVER and my husband has had them all over the French Quarter and said hands down Gibby's different take on them makes them the BEST!! Annessa was our waitress tonight and was AMAZING, she has the BEST witty personality that just makes you laugh! I would give them a 10 Star rating if I could.
When food is really delicious, my Nana always says “it’ll make you slap your grandma” and to be honest, I may just slap her for this plate. 👋🏼
I started going to Gibbys several years ago when it was in Collinsville. First day I went I met Carla the owner. Right from the start she greeted me as if I was her family. Not a customer. From Collinsville to Claremore Gibbys has become a staple in the community. The environment, the staff, the food, and the all around experience is top notch! The food is amazing!
