“I love the brownie fudge sundae.i used to get it at sonic then they stopped making it years ago then I finally found it here.kinda pricey but I’ll pay the extra just to be able to have that great brownie sundae taste again.i love you can get different kinds of ice cream with it also.

“I ordered #2 with extra mayo. Got home and no mayo, lettuce, onions... nothing but meat and cheese. Took it back and got extra mayo on top of extra mayo only on top which spread throughout the inside of the wrapper. Couldn't even pick it up as tbls of extra extra mayo everywhere. So I took it back once more. Got home and they put raums sauce on the bottom bun. Smh. I didn't take it back again. 3 trips was enough. Smh. 1st attendant listen but cook got it wrong. 2nd time new attendant seemed mad I brought it back and didn't get it right. Wasn't a good listener. 3rd visit 3rd attendant made it herself but got it wrong. Up until this moment I've always recieved extra mayo resulting in mayo added to bottom bun as they don't put mayo or anything on the bottom bun. I've asked how to order a #2 with mayo added to bottom bun. I was informed to request it as "with extra mayo" ....jst doing what I've been told. Frustrating to know no one is litlstening or following protocol how to make a burger with consistency and accuracy to menu. Good Lord!“

“This was the second time I visited and where we asked for a modification to a burger and they wouldn't do it. We simply wanted a different type of cheese but they said they aren't allowed to make changes. I don't know if this is true or not. If so, that's insane. If it's not true, this is the second time an incompetent employee has taken our order. Either way is not acceptable. I would love for Brahms to reply and let us know if this is an actual official policy or not.“

“The owners are very nice and friendly. I grew up with Baskin and it was always a treat when I was young. the taste has not changed and it is a definite treat to get. Icecream, milkshake, and they even have a bunch of icecream cake for special occassion or for those times you like to indulge.“

“Yesterday, my mom and I went to eat dinner at this Freddy's. I had locked my virtual debit card, had forgotten to unlock it, then when the time came to pay, I couldn't get it unlocked. The young man, Morgan, after about 5 minutes pulled out his wallet and paid for my meal no questions asked. I started to cry! I had the money but I couldn't get to it.

After dinner, I went to an ATM and withdrew some money. Mom and I went thru the drive thru , Mom said, "Well hello Morgan!". We ordered dessert and he reluctantly took the $20 from me.
